Lion's Den is my daily stress relief! Also a great, group workout for which I can choose the intensity level. All the instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable. Always enjoy the music too! Lately they have expanded the number of weekday and weekend class options which makes it easier to attend. Super conveniently located in the heart of midtown.

Hello! When I recently moved to Midtown, I was searching for a gym, and I happened to find Lion's Den close my apartment. I've been working out at the gym now for a month, and I just extended my membership to even longer. Shawn and Jamie are great coaches that keep you encouraged and make sure you are doing the exercise in the correct form. They actually get to know you on a first name basis and care about what you're trying to achieve. After a month of attending regularly, I've seen great progress from weight loss to gaining muscle and strength. Whether you're a beginner or a person who is into fitness, Lion's Den is one of the best gyms I can recommend.

Enjoyed an amazing squat burnout to Moby "Flower" as final piece of EXCELLENT Back/Biceps/Butt class taught by Shawn G. It's brisk, circuit style and very challenging yet beginner friendly since there are plenty of different weights and well-explained options to adjust downwards (and upwards). My biceps BLEW UP after just this 1 class. Back only a bit sore. Butt didn't feel much, but Shawn could easily focus on glute isolation in personal training. Environment is masculine, relatively friendly, and ideal for concentrating on your muscles.
