Such an inviting studio! Full of warmth and heart! I felt that from the first time I crossed through the doorway and feel the same way every time! A true gem of a yoga studio!

I love Leah! She is one of the most dynamic yoga instructors I have ever had. I am always challenged but never feel "lost". So happy I found this quaint studio right in the heart of Buckhead.

This is by far the best Yoga studio I've visited in Atlanta, and I've gone through quite a few. The greatest thing about this studio is the consistent quality of the instructors. I've taken classes with 5 different instructors here, and while I have my preferences, I always know I'll get a great class when I attend.
Also, the 30 day yoga challenge is a great idea, and such a wonderful deal! On Day 11 now!
