$600 bike stolen from inside the gated parking garage. Upon requesting camera footage from the management office, we were tol that there is none. All the cameras around the building are just for show and completely worthless.
Nice location and layout. Amenities are above average. But the construction was shotty and they're going to need to redo all the windows. Shame.
Beautiful vistas, clean streets. There's a bit pf light show on the pond at night. Great place to live I think
Love the location, and neighbors are great! Shuttle takes it to art station every 10 min. Right on the Georgia tech shuttle route. Easy commute to the airport. HOA does a great job with maintenance and grounds. Quiet complex with amazing gym and pool. Cheapest HOA in the area for what you get.
This is a great place to live in atlanta. I lived in a 3 bed 3 bath condo with two of my friends and had a great experience while we were there. This place is very well maintained and has absolutely no issues such as roached or rodents or bugs. Gym facility in art of wellness is a great pluc for this place. Management is super friendly and always responded to our queries as quickly as possible.Atlantic station shopping area is right across and the shuttle facility is super helpful too. Highly recommend living here for anyone!
Great condos
An very elegant place. Great view of Atlanta. Friendly staff and residents. Clean parking garage, lobby, elevator and curb.

If I was able to afford a place of living this would be my perfect choice
Nice building layout and utilities are good. The balconies are really cute
I love living here. It has a suburban feel in the big city. You can walk to so much, Atlantic Station, IKEA, Publix, and Target. Walmart and Kroger are a few miles away, I've even biked there. Plus there's a free shuttle that can take you around the area and even has a stop at the Art Center Marta Station, that has made it easy to travel to the airport leaving my car safely parked at home in the deck. Plus Peidmont park is only about a mile away from that station making an easy walk from there.
Have lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. Amazing location, walking distance to everything you could need, and a very well manicured property that reflects good management. On site issues are handled fairly promptly, and the overall vibe from the community is laid back, quiet and friendly.
If I have one complaint, it would have to be the parking situation. There's simply not enough parking here. The deck is FULL of parking spots that have never been used once since I moved in, yet they only have about a dozen visitor parking spots (that are usually full by 6pm every day of the week). Street parking is an option, but that too gets full by early evening. Increase visitor parking and you'll get a 5 star rating from me.
