I am loving the classes

I do the online program but I mostly went there for the teas. The customer service could be better. Some people have been very nice, but it's inconsistent. The owner seems really cool online, though there were a few times I was there and he didn't even give me the courtesy of any kind of acknowledgement.
One time I was shorted on teas, reached back out to them, and got no response.
The latest thing was my going there between jobs to re-up my tea supply. But after sitting in traffic during rush hour and making the same request I've been making for months (and as recently as a week ago), I was told that it was now mandatory to place the order online ahead of time. And the young lady actually said, "I've told you this several times," which was a MAJOR turn-off. While they did mention that pre-ordering was now an option, it was never said to be mandatory. And again, I was literally there 7 days ago and this was not mentioned.
And of course, the orders have to be placed 24 hours in advance.
I could've dealt with the change a lot better if she'd been more pleasant about it. But 'reprimanding' me, in front of other customers at that, was a no-no.
Not to mention: no notice of this change on social media, via email (I'm subscribed to their list), or via any signage at their establishment. They just changed it and whoever it inconveniences, oh well.
They probably won't be getting any more of my business. The teas are awesome, but I'm not gonna pay for unprofessionalism.

I most definitely recommend Kory and Lovely Bodies! After one session, I knew this is what I needed. He pushes you and makes the workouts interesting.

Kory is good! His classes are worth it and it will push you to your limit. Its hard but worth the work. I got to support this business and what this brother is doing for those looking for change. Looking forward to more sessions.

I have known the owner Kory, for about 3 years now, I started training and I noticed changes to my body that I love. He is passionate about what he does and he is extremely knowable about training and the foods to get you the best results.Kory personal fitness journey is what inspires me to stay in shape and the fun nonsense behavior about training is what keeps him as my number one! If you are in the Atlanta or Shreveport area you have to look him up or you can train online , there is not excuse!! Get off your butt and lets get fit and live a longer healthier life !!!
