I loved my time at BluePrint Fitness . Josh is knowledgeable and very encouraging of his clients and a super nice guy!

I came to this gym not knowing what to expect. And I feel like it's a sense of family in my classes, more specifically Maricela's classes. She has been a great friend and is way more than an instructor to all of us. I feel I can speak on behalf of the class when I say that. And I mean it with all my heart. If she were to leave for any reason at all I will terminate my membership and won't think anything of it. If it weren't for her and her classes I wouldn't be going to this gym. As long as Maricela is there I'm there. If she's out her crew will leave too.

Great first time here. Class was nice and small, the circuit was challenging but you can choose your weight based on your fitness level. Will be back to see what else is offered here.

Great atmosphere to elevate your fitness! Positive & well informed coaches. Strong emphasis on form & meeting individualistic needs. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent gym. I did the trial period and liked it enough that I then signed up for a year's membership. The workouts are smart but safe. They change frequently so your muscles don't get used to the movements, but there is enough emphasis on form and working around preexisting conditions/injuries that I haven't gotten hurt here despite having herniated disks in my low back that have gotten me in trouble before at other facilities. The trainers are good guys: ex-military, bright, positive. The other clients are a range of ages, races, genders, fitness levels. The gym reflects Atlanta, in a good way. The owner is also certified in nutrition and is a former fat guy turned bodybuilder, so he understands the importance of diet and will work with you on improving how you eat. Plus they do monthly check-ups so your progress is monitored and your plan is adjusted as needed on a consistent basis. Bottom line: this is a great gym and you should join up and become part of the tribe.

A great place to workout, the trainers are helpful, patient and are invested in you! The group sessions are small making them feel both personal and friendly.

The only gym I've ever joined, where I am disappointed when I can't make it to the workout. I love that the program is designed to challenge you on a level that is appropriate for where you presently are in your fitness journey while simultaneously pushing your limits. The training staff is awesome and place equal emphasis on safety and progress.

Love the team at Blueprint Fitness! As an educator, I can spot good instruction and coaching! I see a team with an eye on all of their trainees. They differentiate for people at different levels and make sure you are challenged in your personal zone. I appreciate the leadership and expertise of Josh. He and the staff make you feel welcomed and capable of meeting your fitness goals. I highly recommend Blueprint Fitness!

I decided to check out Blueprint Fitness through their trial offer and quickly knew this was a different kind of gym. I've been a member of several large gyms and worked with multiple trainers but I have to say the training staff at Blueprint Fitness is amazing. They really focus on your strengths and weaknesses and push you to achieve more without compromising technique and safety. Strength training is a key focus as well as nutrition. What I like most about working with the training staff is they get to know you on a personal level and make it fun. I always look forward to my workouts because I know they will be challenging and help me towards achieving my goals.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Blueprint Fitness! I first started two years to prep for the wedding, but attending the classes became a habit. I love the the small groups in which the trainers primarily focus on making sure you establish the right form and movement. This is especially important to prevent injury. I also enjoy the weekend workouts that incorporate a larger group of people and the trainers make them FUN! It's not just a gym, but truly a community with like minded people.

If you are looking to get fit, look no further!

Blueprint Fitness is truly the best. It is more than just a gym. It's a lifestyle and a family. The workouts are very tailored and well-thought out over a long period of time to help you achieve your maximum potential in a smart way. The trainers are all super knowledgeable and will adjust any exercises to fit your skill level and accommodate injuries, strengths, and weaknesses. I feel like I'm in a lifelong competition with myself to become my best ME. That's corny but true. The owner, Josh, will meet with you periodically in one-on-one sessions to discuss your goals, your personal workout regimen, your overall health and lifestyle, and will tailor your "blueprint" to help you achieve your goals and be your best self (and hold you accountable!). Blueprint is incredible - their focus on form, technique and nutrition provides a great foundation for whatever fitness journey you are on. They work with you on setting and achieving reasonable goals while pushing you in an encouraging and helpful manner. Love this place. On your first day you feel like family. The trainers are extraordinarily supportive. I need to lose about 80lbs and they are helping me do what is needed to reach my goal. This includes modifying exercises until I have the proper form to avoid injury. Thanks Blueprint Family.

I'm a rheumatologist who routinely works with physical therapists and sports medicine specialists. My daughter is an elite athlete, so I've been exposed to various types of training. I enjoy working out here. The methods and programs are very sound. The staff is attentive and focused on good technique.

I'm usually intimidated by gyms because I'm not sure how to use the equipment or what I can handle. The trainers at Blueprint are educated and available to offer coaching and modifications if something is too challenging for me. Previously I've felt defeated and give up when I can't do the workouts at other gyms but at Blueprint I always receive a challenging workout. I'm getting stronger and have an individualized plan to progress at my own rate.

I've been lifting weights for most of my adult life and played multiple sports. Because of improper training and education I've been plagued with injuries and pain.
Josh and the team of trainers are the best -- they will make sure that you are using proper form and will push you past points that you didn't even know you could get to! I can't recommend Blueprint Fitness enough.

These guys are great! I was pretty nervous about joining a gym, I was very athletic when I was younger, but at 53 I wasn't sure what to expect. The trainers at Blueprint really emphasize doing exercises in the correct manner to make sure you don't get injured and to maximize the benefits. I've been there a little over 3 months, I've lost over 15 lbs and I definitely feel stronger. The trainers are always there to provide help and they know their stuff. If you've been on the fence or feel intimidated at the thought of a gym, I would encourage you to give them a try.

I've been at Blueprint almost a year now (1 month to go!) and its been quite a journey. When I first started I was definitely out of shape and constantly tired. Decided to make a lifestyle change but needed a gym with trainers that understood movement and not just giving you a ton of weight and telling you to "do it". I have had multiple surgeries, broken bones, muscle tears and countless other issues from playing sports all the way through college, the residual damage needed some correction and alts.

In my first session the trainers were able to easily find an alternate (equally as hard) movement for me without making you feel like you're being a "wimp". The trainers really get to know you and your capabilities and when to push you a little, and when to back off when you're simply a little beat up from work or just life LOL. There's no yelling in your face, pounding the ground, dropping weights loud behavior going on, environment isn't intimidating at all. People from all fitness levels are there every single day!

In my year there I've been gotten so much stronger, leaner and overall happier. I'll never be in the shape I was playing college sports but this is a close second!

The people at the gym are cool too, everyone is friendly and you find some pretty fun group training mates if you come in around the same time everyday. Another major positive about the gym is that it's diverse, race, age, color, creed, lifestyle etc - everyone is in there together!

My transformation is incredible and all credit goes to the amazing trainers at Blueprint Fitness. I hadn't worked out in 20 years so I didn't know what to expect. But, these guys and gals have done wonders for me in just one year. I'm forever grateful to be fit again!

I've been a member of Blueprint Fitness for two years. I've never been athletic, and always had an on-off relationship with the gym. I joined after my boyfriend suggested I try a month-long trial. Let's just say that for the first time in my entire life, I actually looked forward to going to the gym.

Josh and the trainers really care about your individual needs, no matter your level of fitness. If you have an injury, they give you an alternate exercise so you can still strengthen that muscle. More importantly, I enjoyed seeing results! But you only get those if you eat right. Seriously, Josh won't stop repeating that and he's right!

Blueprint Fitness is also a great place to make friends--everybody knows your name!
