Do not go here. Very unprofessional in regards to financial obligations. Moved facilities and was still taking money out of account when they weren't suppose to to. Was told I couldn't get a refund due to me having signed up for "automatic withdrawal", but they still should have stopped it on their end.. Only told to email to cancel my membership. And I was charged twice in one month. Just not worth it. Go elsewhere.

I travel 45min(each way) every week just to take the L.E.V.E.L.S class here. The instructor DP is awesome! Everyone at the gym is nice, fellow gym goers, trainers, etc. Love this place!!!

mecca sucks as a trainer. i got no results from her. she's also condescending.........too many people in atlanta to choose from to go to her and get no results, attitude, and empty pockets.

The gym is very nice and the classes are motivating to achieve your ultimate goals. However, the front staff (Kia to be specific) is terribly rude. Im not for sure if she has a lack of customer service training or if she just lacks common sense of politeness. Whatever it may be it still doesn't mean that she is able to be rude, disrespectful or display an attitude with a customer. Whether it has been on the phone or in person it never fails that she has an attitude. Nice gym but terrible customer service from Kia!

My experience at HX Fitness has been nothing less than superb. It is a great, clean, friendly, inspiring facility that meets my every fitness need. Childcare for my son, helpful and knowledgeable staff, noteworthy... push you pass your limit trainers, up to date equipment and machines, and my absolute fav.... fun, enthusiastic, calorie burning, body toning, fat burning classes! I tell everyone I know that they have to check HX Fitness out!!

Love the classes and I love my trainer Crystal! I started back in February and have dropped at least 30lbs. If you are looking for results, this is definitely the place.

I have consistently participated in the HEAT and LEVELS classes for about 5 months now. I have gone from a size 14 to a size 8, figure 8. Ladies this is the gym for your summer body.

Let me preface this review by saying I haven't worked out in about 12 years so I felt like a fish out of water but I met a very nice young lady named Ashley who gave this old lady encouragement and partnered with me during some of the exercises. I did L.E.V.E.L.S and Trasane last night and thoroughly enjoyed both. Since I live in Alpharetta it's a little far to drive but I will do drop in classes as often as I can.

I honestly can't think of any bad thing about this gym other than it being a little crowded on Tuesday and Thursday but hey that's still a good thing. The class is so much fun and DP keeps everyone focused on the goal. I've been going here for about a year and he's the best in the city! I love DP's class but he's a good dude with a bright mind. He's awesome!!!

Boot-y camp with Danielle was AMAZING! And by amazing, I mean she was tough af and made us put in WORK.
She was fun and motivating and got in the mix with us. That's me looking awkward (as always) in the pic. Also, the music was so good.
Even as Im sitting here typing this, already sore from last night, I cannot wait to go back! #BootyGoals

My favorite classes are M.O.V.E and Boot-y camp! I love the high energy the trainers bring along with the motivating jams in the background. I have a son and I use the kids corner and he loves it. I've come before work and used the showers as well. It's clean and is a nice set-up. The gym is intimate and has people at all levels of their fitness journies. The only thing that would make it better would be focus or cohort groups so we could motivate each other outside the gym. Great place to join!
