Was very confused and disappointed when I was told I could not exchange sizes just because the item was on sale when I purchased it. It makes no sense as to why a store could not exchange a pair of pants for a smaller size because they were bought on sale. No other Lululemon store sees exchanging an item that was bought online an issue even if bought on sale.

I finally called to figure when, if at all, this location was open. Turns out the sign on the front door doesn't match their new & very limited summer hours.
