SPARC is a no b.s., professional environment to get your exercise done. It feels like walking into a pro football training facility or something.
I'd recommend SPARC to anyone that seeks guidance for a safe, effective exercise program.

Have been training at SPARC for almost 1 year. Facilities are excellent, staff is well-trained and very supportive. Workouts are varied and well-planned. Best training experience I've had. Also, workouts are designed for varying fitness levels so you can go at your own pace.

SPARC has integrated the knowledge and skills of sports-related medicine professionals into a cohesive program. These professionals have evaluated me and together they have defined a working, flexible, and progressive program to improve my mobility, strength, and range of motion. I have gone from a 196 pound, weak, couch potato with chronic back pain and depression to an active, 135 pound, 60-year old. I am hiking, kayaking, playing tennis, etc., and I am constantly on the go and relatively free from back pain.

I LOVE SPARC! The Ignite class in the morning gets the job done! I look forward to getting back into my morning routine. I went to class every day for four months and ate a modest diet without giving everything up and I still lost 30lbs. The class really helps work my whole body and not just the spots that I normally work when I workout on my own.

My biggest gripe about SPARC is the cost... The cost is several times what another gym membership would be and is triple what we're currently paying for the family membership at the YMCA. There aren't discounts for a couple or a family either, so me and my wife would be spending $300/month minimum. I was also bothered that the membership did not include Yoga. I hadn't planned on attending the Yoga class, but after paying my monthly membership I didn't like that they were going to charge another $15 per Yoga class too. This may have changed in the last several months. That being said, I still plan to go back as soon as my schedule permits even though the minimum membership is now a whopping $150/month.

SPARC is a no b.s., professional environment to get your exercise done. It feels like walking into a pro football training facility or something.
Their pricing tiers are logical, and they do not do contracts, so you pay by the month. I appreciate this approach and it shows confidence in their facility and staff.
I should say, I have little background in organized sports, training, or anything gym related. As I am getting older, I have health issues that require focused physical training, with guidance from professionals. SPARC are those professionals. These people know mechanics and safety, and are experts at communicating. I don't mean to imply that the place is an exercise monastery; the staff is upbeat and positive and the vibe is welcoming.
I've participated in the classes, too, and they are awesome. Great instructors and a real workout.
I'd recommend SPARC to anyone that seeks guidance for a safe, effective exercise program.
