The absolute BEST place to work out in Athens! The perfect mix of cardio and strength training. Rhuben makes sure everyone has correct technique, but also that everyone who comes in feels comfortable. The strike and stretch class is a great way to start the weekend. I could not recommend Strength and Strike more!

My family and I moved to Athens from Atlanta a few months ago and I was skeptical that I would find a gym that I loved as much as my previous one. I found Strength and Strike via class pass and became a fast fan. The energy and pace is motivating and the trainers are so professional. I especially love the strike classes that incorporate boxing - a great stress relief! I am so glad that I found Strength and Strike and am now a member. For all you moms out there, don't be afraid to try S&S...it's low on intimidation and high on fun and results!

I have been working with Rhuben for over 13 years. I was so excited when he and Wes opened a boutique gym. The trainers specialize in unique programs for their members to make sure they meet their own personal fitness goals. And training goes way beyond fitness. I feel like I get a holistic approach to my health including fitness, nutrition tips and general concern about my total wellness.

I have now been going here for over a year and I have never loved a workout class more. Every strike class is different, and there are other class to take if you want to switch up what you are doing. Rhuben and Wes are both so amazing!!
