I had purchased 7 teal skuba hoodies for our staff. Once everyone tried them on we realized we needed to switch out one size. When I went back in the Alpharetta Lululemon store they didn't have that color but the smiling girl behind the checkout desk proceeded to call around until she found me one and had it shipped directly to me. Fabi was amazing! She delivered customer service with a smile and was a pleasure to work with:)

I went to Lululemon earlier and asked a lady about a specific type of pants you can wear in the water called Paddle Times Pants. She seemed really nice and pointed me to a 100$ pants and told me these were them. So I trusted her judgement and bought them. She gave me the wrong information and I will be returning them immediately.
The item I was shopping for wasn't in stock! They were awesome about finding it for me online and getting it ordered and shipped to my house!
This particular Lulu location is super cute. Their clothes are insanely expensive, and kind of drab, but it is super high quality. They could definitely use more color.
A staff member saw me with a pile of leggings. She looked me down with an annoyed face like she was about to have to clean up after me cause I couldnt afford it. Didnt offer to start me a fitting room. I was like ok strange. Asked her for fitting room, spelled my name Don. Ok, whatever, maybe she had a bad day. While I'm trying clothes on. I hear the same girl being extremely helpful and prompting to offer a fitting room to every single customer. I am the only Asian customer in the store. I usually spend $1000 every trip at Lenox. This is beneath the lululemon standard, she should be ashamed of herself. Yes, I just got "pretty womaned" at lululemon lol
This was not my first time here, and service has always been wonderful. But today I came in with a top that had some defects that I'd had sitting in my closet for awhile getting no use due to said defects. The staff took it back with a smile and gave me full credit for what I originally paid. So now instead of having a top sitting around getting no use, I used the credit towards some cute items that will absolutely be loved and used. It made my day, and I appreciate it so much!
