I just took a Fire Hour class and loved it. I'm just returning back to yoga and found the teacher to be extremely helpful in her guidance. The class was hot but not humid. There were all these radiant heat panels on the ceiling that made the room hot but not uncomfortable like other hot yoga I have taken.... more
I wish the teacher spoke louder then the music played as to follow the class better as a first time student there.. I am proud card carrying member of the Yoga Society! Amazing classes offered in a great schedule by gifted instructors in a warm and inviting atmosphere.... more
Been coming here for years. While I am not the most flexible, the staff is always super helpful and willing to offer adjustments that suit my skill level.. Took my first class here today.... more
