For a great workout with really good instructors- Labarre is perfect. Toning, strength, flexibility. Plus a great group of women- which makes it fun

This place is amazing! I have tried other barre places but LA BARRE is the best. The energy and atmosphere can not be found anywhere else. The studio is beautiful wood ceilings and huge gorgeous windows with a view of palm beach island and the breakers.
The teachers are what really make me want to keep coming back every morning. I have three herniated discs and Lauren always checks my posture and alignment to protect my back! Unlike other studios, you receive one on one attention whether you like it or not. The thighs get me EVERY TIME! Each instructor motivates you by explaining which body parts the exercise is working and what kind of results you will achieve. However, they keep it light with some comic relief and keep you laughing throughout the class.
The energy here is from a fantastic combo of awesome instructors, beautiful studio, and upbeat music. Every person in the class is trying their hardest because the instructor makes sure of it. The workout is tough but always promises results. My butt has never looked so good, and my back has never felt so great!
