Horrible equipment, poor service, very small area to work out in. Owner gives false and misleading information on exercise and nutrition...he does seem to have anger issues. beware.

Horrible experience. The owner has no customer service skills and unless you are Palm Beach socialite he could care less about you. Had to cancel after been embarrassed in gym because I was disturbing the entire gym running on the treadmill. I will tell all everyone in the same building I work along with friends what a joke this place is. Horrible customer service skills. Joe, even your employee had to apology for how you handled yourself because of my "disturbance" running on your crappy treadmill. So the good news is that this "Club" is going under as eviction letters have been served. Must have been a good day with the police showing up today due to a disturbance with the owner and a trainer.Karma....

Everything about this health club is first class. Brand new equipment, knowledgeable trainers, convenient location to the downtown area including free parking in covered garage, and the view overlooking Palm Beach and the intercoastal waterway is amazing. If you're looking for a special treat you must try one of the many spin or cardio classes on the rooftop.
I would definitely recommend this fitness club to anyone looking to start a fitness program or for people who have been working out for years.
