The Kickbox Club is the absolute best! It's tough to find classes that work around my work schedule - so being able to attend multiple classes a week at 6:30pm and on Saturday mornings is great. Matt and Edgard are the best and create amazing programs that are always fresh and exciting. I went for the circuits and HIIT workouts, but have come to love the boxing/kickboxing too! The owner, Ed, is also THE BEST and is constantly making sure everyone is satisfied with everything!

Excellent gym for all skill levels. The trainers are incredibly knowledgable and great to work with. They have a legit boxing ring and bags of all types. also there is a weight lifting area with dumbbells, bench press, pull up bar, cable..etc... Almost forgot to mention its unique layout as it's an open gym (no a/c), great for a real talk workout.

Eexcellent gym with helpful professional trainers. Plenty of heavy bags, weights and machines plus all the cardio you can eat!

Place is serious, yet fun and the camaraderie among the students keeps the energy level high and encourages everyone.

Highly recommend Kickbox-Superfit !

Lots of equipment's. Coach was very attentive and trainers are very helpful. Place is awesome. Amazing environment to do exercise.

Great gym, great people! You will get an awesome workout while learning proper technique. Steve, our instructor, is a former world champion kick boxer. He'll teach you the correct way to hit the bag to avoid injury and to get a better workout. Sparring is not required, but you can learn if you want to.

Steve Shepard had me putting combinations together and getting my guard up correctly in my first class. He's so knowledgeable, he was five time world champion. Great place great guy.

I love coming here to work out. I am never disappointed with the training; it is personalized and highly effective. Glad I stopped by that random day in May.

In 1980 I was rated number one bantamweight in the world the only trainer and teacher I ever had was Steve Shepherd I joined his gym in February 1977 and I still work out there today
