I just took a Fire Hour class and loved it. I'm just returning back to yoga and found the teacher to be extremely helpful in her guidance. The class was hot but not humid. There were all these radiant heat panels on the ceiling that made the room hot but not uncomfortable like other hot yoga I have taken. The hour long practice left me satisfied and I was able to get my workout in but it didn't take up my whole day. The studio parking was confusing because there is a small lot in front of the building that was full but once I realized there was a large parking lot around back everything worked out.
