I've known about CrossFit 1041 for years and heard nothing but good things. My boyfriend convinced me to finally try it out myself last month, and I have been hooked! It is a completely scalable workout with trainers who know what they are doing (shoutout to Becca and Andrew!), and can help you achieve your personal fitness goals. The facilities are great, the pricing is reasonable for what others are charing locally and what it includes, and the other people are some of the nicest I've ever met in the gym setting. Go give it a try and see what you think--first class is free!

The gym itself is clean and well kept. The staff is very knowledgable, warm, friendly, and helpful. The staff is diligent about making sure clients have proper form which is so important when lifting weights. Great location, great staff.

Dropped in for a day and was welcomed with open arms. As a box owner myself, coming into a box that makes you feel welcome is always nice. The gym is big and has all the toys. Whether you're dropping in or looking for a CrossFit gym, this place is the spot. Great coaching, pumped up atmosphere, solid equipment and an OUTDOOR SHOWER on those hot days! Very welcoming environment. The coaches are amazing, very personable and very educated! The gym is big with lots of equipment and even the members are friendly and inviting. I especially love the location, so close to downtown yet not in the midst of the madness.

Awesome box and staff
Amazing experience! I dropped in while in town for work and the crew did an incredible job making me feel welcome and the process seamless. The owners were quick to communicate with me, get me set up with a waiver, and let know what to expect when I showed up.
The class went through a thorough warmup and the coach broke down the movements in a digestable, yet challenging way. I've been doing Crossfit for four years but it was so good to revisit the basics of the squat. I learned some great things that I'll take home with me and got a challenging workout. The coach also looked out to make sure I understood what was going on and where things were.
If I lived in town this would be the gym I'd join. Whether you're new or experienced, they are able to meet you where you're at.

Great facility with amazing programs for athletes of all skill levels. All of the coaches are awesome and push you to get better on a daily basis. I tried many different crossfit gyms before coming to Crossfit 1401 and none of the others compare. It is great to be a part of such a great community.
The facility is clean, spacious, and has all of the latest equipment! The Olympic Weightlifting area has multiple platforms and tons of weights so I can always get a great work out in without having to wait my turn. The coaches are not only great coaches and athletes, but they are genuinely nice and encouraging people! All of the members made me feel welcome and right at home :) I would definitely highly recommend this box to anybody in the West Palm Beach area!
