Not quite the Marriot standards we are used to. A bit dingy. Front desk was accommodating, but not overly friendly (Starbucks guy went above and beyond though). Also found a mysterious "blue pill" under the couch table.

We were especially appreciative of the wonderful staff, always so friendly and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The facilities were great!

Nice, clean hotel. Room was very big and also clean. Nice little bar, check in and out was quick. I'd stay again

Courtyard by Marriott never disappointed me regardless of the length of stay, whether it was a month or a day. Friendly and professional service; clean and nicely smelling rooms; competitive pricing are always a win. Have a nice stay everyone!

This was my first time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott West Palm, by u can honestly say that it will not be the last. It was conveniently located near both the interstate and my destination for the following day. This Courtyard features several great amenities, and though I did not partake of several of them, it was nice to know that they were offered if needed. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They answered all of my questions. The room was very nice, and the building has great sound-proofing. I was a little concerned about this, when I first noticed that I had been placed in a room in the end of the building closest to the interstate, but I could not hear the traffic unless I stepped out onto the balcony.

Unfortunately this hotel the customers do not come first they have no cameras are in the outside of area of their building whatever happens outside is not their concern they have Security on board but obviously security is not doing their job got up this morning to go to my car just to find out my car windows were busted me and 13 other vehicles Police Department left a report in case number on my window call the police department just so they can inform me that this has happened numerous times in the hotel has yet not putting cameras up went to the front desk about my concern they stated the outside parking lot has nothing to do with them how am I paying you my money and the services are not five star there I couldn't get my money back and it was not their concern they stated to me that the manager will be back in on Thursday.. obviously from me analyzing and observing everything that has happened in me watching the security officer walk around the building after the incident with another gentleman laughing and giggling about the whole situation I felt like this is an inside job because it's happening occasionally and I feel like the staff and co-workers and security officers all have something to do with it because everybody seems so careless about the situation like it was something normal so if you are willing to take a vacation or will have it relaxing day to yourself I would not advise you to come to this hotel because you are not safe you are not secured whatever happens to you outside of the building is your concern remind you what if our maybe something could have happened dealing with someone walking into the scene walking up to the person breaking into the car what about my life..... so from there on they do not have a corporate number they do not have someone who comes and when the incident happen they did not take an incident report or make an incident report they did not take any of my information from me so your best bet is not to book your stay at this hotel this hotel has the worst service ever they are unprofessional careless so I please please thank you to take my advice because I think I may be saving a life.

I stayed here for one night and was very satisfied with everything from the service, to the cleanliness of the room. The only thing that I didn't like was that breakfast was not included in our package. However, it was great none the less.

We enjoyed our overnight stay here. The front desk person was very accommodating. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice for an afternoon cool down. Would have given five stars if there was a breakfast available. That was the only drawback.

This hotel was way better than I thought it was. Beautiful area, hotel, and rooms. Customer service is great and even their shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are amazing. I am staying here each time I visit West Palm Beach.

Staff is friendly, the lobby is very updated and modern. The rooms are decent - what you would expect from a Courtyard in a nice area (could use less cleaning solutions - appreciate a fresh smell but it is strong). Restrooms (lobby and in room) are clean but will be due for an update soon. Last guest suggestion, get a room away from the ice machine! It goes off almost every hour and kept waking me. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Oh and DEFINITELY get the egg white omelette, it is 5 star quality.

The rooms are decent - what you would expect from a Courtyard in a nice area (could use less cleaning solutions - appreciate a fresh smell but it is strong). Restrooms (lobby and in room) are clean but will be due for an update soon. Last guest suggestion, get a room away from the ice machine! It goes off almost every hour and kept waking me. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay.

Oh and DEFINITELY get the egg white omelette, it is 5 star quality.

Very dirty. Hallways haven't been vacuumed in 2 weeks. Room counters covered in unknown sticky substance. Staff was nice, but wouldn't stay here again.

3rd stop on cross country drive from Virginia to Phoenix. Comfortable hotel, was not where map quest said it would be. Had to drive around the block to get to the entrance to the hotel. Staff was professional and very cordial. We received a room upgrade here which was very nice.

Left Orlando to get to West Palm Beach, there was plenty of traffic and construction on the highways.

Very close to many places to eat; stopped here to visit family.

Great staff reasonable pricing. Not the best smell in hallways & rooms but could be tolerated. Cleaning crew could make a better job with carpet cleaning. Check out time is very fair.

Service was friendly and excellent. Price was fair. Rooms were in slight disrepair (rubber moldings coming off walls, paint chipped, floors stained). Rooms had a musty smell and floors hadn't been very thoroughly vacuumed (could feel debris when walking and feet were black by bedtime). Towels had been laundered but had black stains from laundry machine. Overall fair value for the price. Genuinely have only good feedback for staff, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating.

I found it to be nice and clean but the bathroom needed some work! the Bath tub was very rough!! I think they need a new tub! Apart from that the staff at the Marriott were very friendly and very helpful :-). I definitely go there again!.

Bug! Bugs! Bugs! In the bathroom, bed, and even closets. As I was packing up they were even in our sneakers. This deserves 0 stars! I was acknowledged with an Ill let someone know and it got worse. I could count 10+ in the bathroom. On the plus side they were little. Now going to hopefully a cleaner hotel. Everything will need to be cleaned upon returning home.

The only reason this hotel got three stars is because I'm giving them credit for an awesome location. Day one, I called the front desk for over an hour and never got an answer over the phone. Walked down from my room just to find no one there. There were holes in the carpet, the room layout is weird, and the staff seemed limited in their knowledge of their facility and the town surrounding it.

Hotel was dirty and out dated. I am a life time gold member and this Courtyard was not up to Marriott standards. Front desk staff was not friendly.

Very nice hotel. The area is a little questionable but seems safe enough. It was right after a hurricane came through so there was a lot of trash and palm branches strewn about but inside the hotel was gorgeous. The bar/restaurant? and lobby area were pretty great and the wifi was super fast. Walking distance to a big gas station and there is a mini store inside with all the little stuff you need.

Sheets are stained and dirty, big hair in our shower, roaches dead behind the clock. The staff was nice on check in but this place is only good to take the girls back to from Rachel's i guess.

The gym is ok, has a number of machines and free weights.

Pool is nice along with the courtyard having plenty chairs.

No continental free breakfast

You can opt to have your room not cleaned for 250 extea marriot points.

When we got there the first night, our room wasn't available because of an AC issue and there were no more available rooms. There is no hair dryer. The body mirror is inside a closet without access to light. The balcony was dirty with trash everywhere. Would not recommend.

I loved the gentleman at the cafe, my apologies for not remembering his name but he is also in the aesthetics industry. He had the best customer service!!!! If it wasn't for him I would have given this property 1 star, it needs updating desperately.

Turned up for check in with family of five. Was told elevator was broken. After no assistance and a check in member with a serious attitude problem we finally got into our room with luggage. The room was horrible and smelled of mould. Had room service just walk in without knocking as they forgot to put pillow covers on. We stay in Marriott's when we travel in the USA and have always been happy. The beds we're terrible and staff not helpful. The next day we walked out of hotel and handed back keys and informed staff of state of rooms. There reply was we will get it cleaned. Checked into another Marriott in West Palm Beach for the next two days and got the Marriott service we come to expect. Never again

I understand that spending a night in the Marriott comes along with a high price, but I would think that would get a super clean room or something "extra" like drinking water in the room p. A couple weeks after I stood in the airport's Ramada and I got the same room and service quality almost $100 less a night. That made me wonder...

Checking into to the Courtyard by Marriott in West Palm Beach was a pleasant and professional encounter. In fact the nice hound ladies helped me with several things such as recommendations to local eateries including the telephone number to one that delivered to this particular hotel. Later, when asked a bit the best way to get to the airport they provided me with several suggestions including the approximate time and fare for each. Once I decided they called the can for me. I asked for late check out and they suggested I call in the morning and that is when things go from bad to worse. The next morning I called to the front desk and immediately the person sounded annoyed. When I asked for a late check out, I wad put on hold and told I couldn't have it because I wasn't a valued member. I accepted that, but asked how late? 1:30 pm. I suggested that I may stay one more night and she said "well if you are, you have too come down by 11 or can i put you down for a1:30 pm check out". Again curt and annoyed was her tone. I told her I would get back to get shortly while I made up my mind. I called back at 1030 am to confirm I would leave at 130 pm, however the line to the front desk was busy for several minutes. Why on a Wednesday morning? But the kicker was when I called at 1:20 pm to request assistance to my car because I was on crutches, the same front desk person said, "I cant, and even if i got permission i don't have anyone to help you". What hotel doesn't have someone who can assist a disabled guest? What kind of policy would that be because it certainly isn't quality customer service!

Check in was a breeze. The Bistro staff was inconsistent, with one person who clearly wanted to do a good job and another that obviously didn't want to be there. Room was large and remodeled recently. No fan in the bathroom was the only complaint - definitely a funky smell from the bathroom. No shuttle service at all. Would stay again, but not my first choice.

Melani who works at the front desk was very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my family's stay was comfortable and relaxing. Because of her I'm calling corporate to inform them of what a wonderful employee they have! She needs a double raise. I can't put into words how she made us feel but it went a long way. Keep up the good work dear.

The building and grounds were clean and in good shape. No noise at all in our room. It's clearly been revamped recently. Easy to get to from the interstate, too. It would have been nice to have had a complimentary breakfast, but the 'bistro' breakfast had a good variety. They could run the AC a little in rooms before putting guests in them - the Florida humidity can be a bit much until the AC can bring it down.

The staff is very friendly, the restaurant has nice food and the room's beds are really comfortable. Everything is nice and clean. The place is very peaceful. We needed two fridges in our room, at first I thought this might be an inconvenience but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and, twenty minutes later, they delivered the second fridge to our room. Very recommended.

I travel frequently for work and love to stay at Marriotts because I know that the quality of the hotel will be pretty standard across the board. Unfortunately, this Courtyard let me down - the rooms (I had to move from one to another) had wet carpet and smelled like they had just been sprayed with a deodorant to distract from mold or smoke smell. Both of my rooms had two queens despite booking a king room.

Beyond that, I had to print some work documents, but the printer had no ink. When telling the front desk this, they said I could email them directly to print it, though it would take longer. Over the course of 40 minutes I emailed them three times, came down to confirm that I had the correct email address, called from my room and waited in the lobby. I was told that the email was just "not working" though I had the right address, and while the front desk staff person was on the phone she apologized to the guest she was speaking with because she kept being "interrupted by someone standing in front of the desk." That would be me, and it was a passive aggressive way to try to get me to leave. I was very polite, explained I needed the documents for work, tried another computer that she wouldn't help with & she never tried to update the ink.

Sometimes it's the little things. I used to work front desk at a hotel (not even a nice one, a Best Western) and I now work in the service industry in events. I'm disappointed and would recommend trying another Marriott in the area if you can!
