Very good local gym, nice vibes good music just wish they had more squat racks and taller pull up bars..just bars no special angled pull up contraption the gym is perfect if your 5'2 under 6 ft tall tbh...but sadly I'm not smh still cant find perfect gym..they really are in ft. Lauderdale and psl palm beach gyms are all old
The Rock Fitness center was clean and pleasant. It was very inviting environment to enjoy work out again.
Let me start off by saying why this gym is great.
COST.. The dues are 30 dollars a month with no forced contract on you like many other gyms do. You may say planet fitness is only 10 dollars a month but that is because they sign up 3000 plus members and god forbid they all come to the gym. It will be chaos and forget about a good workout.
CLEANLINESS. I know from a employee that 3000 dollars a month is spent on janitorial services. Good lucjk at planet fitness and the other cheaper gyms.
ENVIORMENT How many gyms have you gone in where the muscle heads, power lifters and beauty queens made you feel uncomfortable. There are no muscle heads hogging the equipment and mirrors and trying to intimidate you. As for the beauty queens there is no pressure to wear Lulu lemon and have coordinating outfits.
SALES PRESSURE Have you ever went into a gym just wanting a membership and they are trying to coerce you into buying supplements and training packages. If you desire a trainer or supplements they are available if you ask. This place has excellent trainers and staff.
EQUIPMENT This gym has all the strength training and aerobic equipment you need.
I have worked at several of the big name gyms and you are more than just another membership number. There are no sales meetings here where your job depends on how many people you sign up and how many training packages you sell. You are part of a family
Chill low key....never really busy which is a huge plus for a gym!!!

I was debating on giving this review. But, I came to the conclusion that it was important. We are a Law Firm and were referred by a highly professional and good friend. I tried to set up an appointment with the owner to discuss the possibility of doing business. But I was redirected to a customer service rep who not only had very poor language etiquette, but had no interest in the fact that I was a referral. Sometimes it is all about building long lasting business relationships.
Was never really a fan of the gym before this place. Great atmosphere and a huge selection of machines to use. The environment is very friendly and welcoming! We have been going for a few months now and it has become a welcome part of our daily routine. If you are looking for a excellent gym get your butt in here!!

Ive been a member for about 6 months now and they definitely live up to an elite status, from cleanliness to friendly staff with a smile always. They offer a variety of classes and have skilled personal trainers. Manager and owner are awesome, friendly, professional and very approachable, unlike the stuffiness of Corp gym. Definitely feels like a family community. Lastly, what I'm most excited about is that their smoothie bar is now open, with plant based options, yay!! This review is long over due and well deserved. I have been going here for four months now and I could not be more happier than I am now. Not only am I happy with the results, but the customer service is phenomenal. I love being able to say hello to the owner everyday and having good conversation. He is a genuine person who cares about his business and makes you feel like family. All of this at a good price. Very satisfied!

Staff is friendly equipment is clean. Not too busy, which is a good thing. Other gym goers are respectful. Good gym
The gym is equipped very well and is super clean all the time. There is great workout atmosphere and the owner is very cool. All star gym, the best gym in the area. Keep up the great work!

Mr. Wilson at the front was more than freindly, and explained the sign up process and facilitated my enrollment quickly and with ease. Lots of room, really good Hammer Strength equipment, and the environment that you'd expect for focused individuals. Didn't see anybody working out in ripped jeans and boots or large groups of teenagers fooling around like you see at other 'gyms'. This is the real deal gym right here. Seriously.

Great workout and fun atmosphere. They are able to tailor the workout to my abilities. Already starting to feel stronger after the first few weeks
Spacious. Lots of weight lifting machines so you never have to wait for one. Regulars are focused not rude. Hours very convenient, open late. Lots of parking space. Gym is kept very clean. Trainers not pushy, and owner is very involved, accessible and friendly. Gym is for people that really want to change their body and get in shape, not just socialize like LA fitness.
Amazing Staff. Great Location. Clean and well cared for gym equipment. Smoothie and health beverage bar onsite. Tons of classes and an elite staff of professional trainers. Excellent management! Great place to get your endorphins on.
Spacious, Basic equipment nothing fancy, regulars are focused not rude. Hours decent. Trainers not pushy, Equipment not kept up well.
Atmosphere the workout the personal training the owner Jason is very down to earth and cool the staffing is super nice so many machines to choose from i mean the name it self speaks Rock fitness. I love this gym
From the Owner (Jason) to the incredible Personal Trainers, Rock Fitness is an outstanding professional workout facility. I have been a member for over a year now and have nothing but praise for people that work there. Always clean, always kind, and customers from all ages (teens to 90s) enjoy a workout with smiles all around. Rock fitness is a great spot to start or continue your fitness journey. I have been involved in fitness for over 30 years and this is one of the best fitness centers that I have ever been in. The facility is very well kept and equipped with all of the latest equipment imaginable, from free weights to machines. There are fitness classes, spin classes and personal trainers. The staff is very helpful and the owner is alway accessible for any questions or to aid in any way.
If you are looking for a gym or fitness center, this is definitely the place to look into.
I recently signed up at this gym and I am very impressed with the customer service. Everyone is exceptionally friendly. I brought a personal training package and I have started working out with Anna. She is awesome. I actually enjoy my workouts with her. I am happy I found this gym. It is a more personal experience unlike the major corporation gyms.
Great gym for ANYONE. Any age, gender, background! Helpful professional staff, hi quality equipment to help you reach your fitness goals, perfect location, clean environment, privacy. Best gym ever! I have been a member since day one.Never too crowded. Always full of nice, clean folks; many are professionals who have never appeared on an episode of Cops. The owner Jason is cool and personal trainer Rick is a gem!
This is the best local gym in West Palm Beach as the owner, Jason, truly cares about his customers, keeps his gym clean, and hires great trainers. As someone who used to go to L.A. Fitness years ago, this place is far better and I highly recommend you drop in and talk with Jason as I'm sure he'll take good care of you and your work out goals.
From the moment I walked in the door I had a pleasant experience. Jason the owner was willing to help me in anyway possible. I recently started a new job and he worked with me to accommodate my financial situation. The space itself is great, simply everyone working on getting healthy!
