Was never really a fan of the gym before this place. Great atmosphere and a huge selection of machines to use. The environment is very friendly and welcoming! We have been going for a few months now and it has become a welcome part of our daily routine. If you are looking for a excellent gym get your butt in here!!

Got buzzed while most of the other patrons were slamming weights long before I got in, when I went to cancel my membership the employee squared up on me then followed me out into the parking lot. Informed corporate, they were going to put me in touch with their regional who did call but from an unknown number I couldn't even call back. I've had ongoing problems with the new staff and management/other patrons for the last year or so and would just go home feeling frustrated. Just joined another gym in the area and am already feeling better. Don't even waste your time with this franchise location.

The gym is always clean and the front desk personnel are always friendly! The only issue is last time I went none of the cleaning stations had paper towels to use to wipe down the machines. Other than that, great place to work out!

I have been going to the west palm beach Planet Fitness for the past 3 years and I absolutely love it there. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly the club is always clean and well taken care of. I would not go anywhere else. I love 45th street Planet Fitness

The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and the music's not too loud. My black card membership includes massages and Tanning for a reasonable price that I can afford. It's an all together awesome experience

Mixed crowd. Mixed age group. Mixed everything. I love it. I can do my workouts and often learn some new ones from other members around me. Good vibes at this location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

THEY ARE UNPRESENTABLES... THEY HAVE 24 TV AND THEY DON'T PUT THE WORLD CUP 2018... THE MANAGER DOES NOT WORK ON SATURDAYS.... THAT DON'T PUT IMPORTANT SPORTS IN THE GYM, THATS CRAZY....

I am a black card member so I like all that the facility has to offer for such a low price. I am also happy that it is very clean and all the machines I need are always available.

Even though the gym is clean, their customer service is horrible. Mostly the same people working that do not greet you... or they ignore you on your way out. Same case when buying drinks at counter. You will have to wait for employees to finish talking amongst themselves and finish their stories before they actually check you out at the register.

The only good thing about this gym is the main workout room is clean. Even though their logo is judge free work out that's a complete lie. If you work out less than 45 minutes you're getting judged straight to your face. God forbid you want to tan without working out, you will get rude comments from staff. Tanning beds are disgusting 24/7. I have been to multiple planet fitness & the staff here is the worst, never a smile, never 'good to see you', never anything positive.
