Great people beautiful gym and environment. One of the best place to bring anyone to lose weight and learn boxing, jujitsu,or just to do your own workout and everyone there is very kind. It's like one big family staying young working to get in shape.

This place is a total rip off. They over charge you for their half ass services and then wants to charge you your monthly fee on top of $150 to cancel your services and the cancellation has to be 30 days ahead of time or you have to pay the following months fees as well. I would not refer their asses to anyone.

So far I like a lot, the class fight for fitness (crossfit) it's super cool. The instructor is super nice and he does a good job. Hopefully I can see results in a couple of months.

GREAT FACILITY, GREAT STAFF, GREAT COACHES...This is the place to be in West Palm Beach FL if you want to get in TOP fighting shape or if you would like to train like the pro's

Angel has helped me build the strength I needed to protect myself not only on the job as a Realtor but as a mother of 4. Joanna is a sweet heart who helped me to feel comfortable working out in the gym. The staff are highly respectful. Thank you both. I highly recommend their services and this gym!

Id like to clear up about an earlier review that was posted about my self (Angel) There is a Person that was removed from our gym for causing problems and harrassing members... he has taken the liberty of bashing our gym with bad reviews and creating lies about my self in order to get his revenge, please disregard any further malicious reviews...

on January 2nd, 2015, that day, I went there to get 2 tickets for the 1st Ever Florida Golden Gloves Qualifier event right here at renegades in west palm beach. i had a blast with Lou Martinez as we took pictures with boxing gloves on.

Original member 5 years know the key trainers in that time from Dave, Martine, Danny, Marcus and Angel great guys fundamentally skilled all have different training/fighting styles. Great environment classic style of gym with key amenities. Lots of top pros and plenty of amateurs train/trained here.
