I took a few dance classes at Be La Vie Studios and had a wonderful experience. The instructors made me feel comfortable and confident. I worked up a sweat and left feeling really good about myself. The classes taught me to push and challenge myself and my fitness while having fun! I highly recommend Be La Vie!
