Hands on with all your personal training needs from general fitness, mental training and specific targeted strengthening for sports like baseball pitchers. 1822 Fitness is a great place to workout. I have always exercised but this place is special. They take you to a next level with different exercises and techniques that make your workouts so different, intense and challenging. They treat you like family and believe me you have a lot of fun exercising!!!

Best gym ever. I would still be going there if I lived in wpb. I lost about 60 pounds with the excellent direction of the trainers here. Everyone is kind and nice and are extremely helpful in helping members reach their goals. Great gym!
