This place is awesome, my happy place. People are kind at the clerk desk, excellent programs for the entire family.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are willing to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. I was able to meet with a trainer to determine what plan would be best for me.
Great customer service - staff is so friendly and attentive. Locker rooms and property are always clean. All around great value.
Swimming lessons at this location is absolute waste of money. They don't have make up class if they close due to lightning. If they offer any make up class, the options are very few and are at inconvenient time.
I love the family atmosphere and always feel comfortable where people know your name!

Members since 2007, Northwest Y has friendly staff, excellent programs, and a very nice facility. We've enjoyed after school, summer camp, swimming lessons, running club, exercise, other youth programs and the Leaders program to name a few. Northwest Y has been very important to us and still is.

Great place! Great classes! Just needs updating and on site janitors... Bathrooms need extra attention.

this place is perfect for my kids and my wife and I. we enjoy going to the gym while our kids are being well tooking care of and then we jump in the pool with the kids. they have a great staff and are very helpful.

Have great classes for the seniors in the afternoon. Perfect time. There is always plenty of sanitary lotion stations. I like going to this gym.

Great to stay. We were here during our holidays and we attend the bodypump class. It was fun, although it was a bit crowded. :)
Smaller cramped facility. Great when not busy. Terrible crowding and unable to meet all the needs of those who want to use it. Great staff and a very pleasant place during off hours. Stroller and handicap ramp not aligned with main entrance requiring additional travel under possible adverse weather (rain). Small size the main problem.
Has a nice basketball court, outdoor pool and wall climb. The gym equipment is enough if you come during none peak times. If you happen to come during peak times, expect a bit of a crowd and non access to certain equipment for some time.
Does not look very good because who has to take care of my son is not seeing a boy beats him this is not the 1 time that happens is already 3 times and nothing is done
I cannot say enough POSITIVE things about the YMCA! The Northwest location is my home base:) Although I do take advantage of my everywhere membership to get access to TONS of classes and flexibility with scheduling. Everyone is so encouraging and friendly. My favorite class instructors are Mary Anne, Rosa Laura and Michele! Coach Jody for Swim Masters totally ROCKS!!!! I am bringing my niece up from South Florida this summer just to come to camp at my YMCA! I also got my mom to join and she loves it! The atmosphere is family-oriented.
