OMG!! This trampoline class ain't no joke!! I thought that I was going to be jumping like a kid on the bed but no, this is full on cardio and muscle toning at the same time.
I started going because I tried cross training along with other fitness stuff but because I suffer from scoliosis, my back isn't made for high impact exercises and most cross trainings are held in locations like warehouses which have cement floors...I can't jump on these types of floors because I injure my back. I can only jump on wood floors or soft surfaces like a trampoline so when I found that there's a trampoline fitness class close to my home, I went for it.
My back hasn't hurt since I started "trampolining" and I'm losing weight. This should be incorporated in every fitness program.
My new favorite working out alternative. Very low impact but dont kid yourself, you work out every muscle!!! I am a huge fan of zumba and spinning classes because I love to combine music and exercise. I think Jumping is a more complete work out and still a lot of fun!!!

To me is the best class ever,love the instructors and I can assure you people best work out,all my muscles will be worked at the same time,the music to die for,and the pace is very confortable ,nice ,unique atmosphere!!!!!!

The is such new and cool amazing Fitness work out, and I highly recommend everyone to try at least one class!

The class is awesome! It's very intense but the instructor is always willing to help
