We've been to a few birthday parties here - considering it's the only ice skating rink within 30-45 minutes of us, you take what you can get! The most recent party had a class where they teach the kids to skate which was a nice touch because after about 15 minutes on the ice with a child under 6 who looks like a drunken sailor moving across the ice you're back starts to hurt. A lot. I wish they would have those little walkers for the ice that other ice rinks have. That would make the experience a lot better. Also, I don't know if I was starving or if they have the best little cuban sandwiches ever. I'll report back after the next back breaking birthday party.
I never even knew this arena was here! My wife and kids had a good time, but I can't say the same for the staff that seemed to be having a bad day so as a result they had a bit of a nasty attitude and were unprofessional. Nonetheless, I did my best to enjoy my time here with the family. Hope the service improves soon.
Super great! First time here and my kids and their friends have a good time. The employees are friendly and attentive. The price is good. It clean and nice environment. I recommend this place. Very good! Thanks!
We enjoy visiting Kendall Ice Arena. If we are around the area my son DJ will ask to stop by like on this day. However, he loves ice skating and has tried it.
Awesome place to go with the family! They have great pricing and they are not that busy during the day even with all the summer camps that go. I highly recommend bringing a long pair of socks because the skates cut into you a bit but other that that it's a joy!

Thanks to the team who work there for help t my daughter to have a wonderful experience in the ice. She have disability but she could thanks to you realize her dream and enjoyed the moment.
Little bit of mixed feelings about this place. The staff seemed friendly enough but the place is in some bad shape. No rails and the ice is always melting even right after resurfacing. Also, they let people weave in and out at crazy speeds and don't say anything. I picked up my son to take him off the ice and an employee came skating up to me instantly to tell me it's not allowed. But someone going fast with headphones on bumping into people is no problem?? Also, the arcade area is in ruins yet cost $1 per game.
This place is disgusting and the ice is in really bad shape. Super melty even after the zamboni resurfaced it. I took my family here and lasted 15 minutes before we left. Will never visit again.

Horrible experience with an instructor named Cissy she was so rude to my 8 year old son just for trying on skate guards she publicly embarrassed him and myself to the point where he cried and we left just 20 minutes in. She saw he was struggling and trying hard she could have used that to encourage him instead she chose to skate over with 3 other kids and embarrass him and scold him to boot. Do not leave your kids unattended here.

Very nice place to take your kids to explore something new. My little girl super enjoyed it, but I want to admit it was not a good experience, i was horrified because i do not, dont want to learn to skate..

I just went back during my spring break (March 13th) and was surprised by how much business they still get! They were full on gutting and remodeling the snacks when I was there. The rental skates are uncomfortable but that's just because I'm fat. I'm saving up for Figure Skates in the winter. Until then I might make this my place to work out and hang out. :)
Bad customer service. Bad ice.they don't give the ice time to form after cleaning it.the rental skates are painful to use and wet from the last person to use them. They really need to do some restaffing.if you still plan on going the early on the week days are alittle better.
I go every Saturday with my friends and is really fun, the pro shop is where I bought my hockey skates. Is super fun!!!!!
Honestly this place can be really dangerous some people zoom in and out of crowds at a ridiculous speed. I got hit so hard I now have six stitches in my chin. The management takes no responsibility for accidents and don't care enough to at least make it a little safer by separating those who are really good and the beginners. If you want to go know that you're taking a chance that you could be injured.
Very amazing and fun place to go to with friends. One problem I had was about the ice skates they lend you after you pay for them. Once when I borrowed a pair they were complicated and the tongue of the shoe was stuck and ripped. But over all the food is great and the music is family friendly.
Fun place but u got to be careful because they allowed people to skate with headphones hearing music

This is an older rink, and the rink that is the FURTHEST South. It is the former home of the Semi pro Miami hockey teams, as well as the former home of the Miami Hurricanes Ice hockey team. It is the current home to the Miami Toros, travel hockey and the Miami Figure Skating Club.
Fun place to go ice skating in FL. However they do noy have any walkers for kids or actual rails for them to hold on to. The ice could be better kept too.

Great place for a date or to hang out with friends and family but be warned their rental ice skates are not so great I suggest brining your own pair if you own some.
It was fun for the kids, alot of teens and under go there. Bathroom needs improvement and the food really suck but other than that is good.
I got a Groupon to go here with my husband. We had not been there in years and figured it would be a fun date. The place is dingy. The bathroom wasn't the greatest. No soap, no toilet paper. Missing toilet lid (at least in the stall i went to first). The walls are completely disgusting. We were there for about 2 hours and was mostly because of the kids in the figure skating competition. Which were all great! It's such a shame bc the place has so much potential. The skating part was great, just not the conditions of the place. I am definitely disappointed. Hope they take it into consideration and give it a little TLC.
