- I'd like to point out that this gym has some serious security issues. I don't live in the area, in fact, I live in NY. I printed out a free pass and never got to use it because NO ONE was at the front desk. We don't live in a world where this is okay to do anymore. I never swiped in, never got stopped just went in, no worries.
- Someone should teach the personal trainers how to approach would be clients. They should be taught that abrasive tactics won't get you the business you are looking for. For example, after working out on a couple of machines (albeit, half assed because it wasn't a real gym session for me as I was visiting with my cousin and we were just testing out machines and techniques we've never used before) personal trainer, Cuban Pete, ( dont know his name because he didnt even introduce himself) approaches us and with a very harsh tone says, "what are you doing?". I think he thought this was the best way to get business, ya know, by making us feel like we broke something and should be ashamed of ourselves. The unproductive exchange continued for another minute or so and then i abruptly ended it with, "okay, well thank you" and luckily he got the hint and scurried away. I feel like if you dont know how to sell, make yourself useful and go re-rack the weights.
- The weights... they are ALLLLLLLL over the place. How is it possible that you don't have someone go around every so often to rerack them. I get that the customers have no respect for their fellow gym goer, but damn guys, re-rack the weights.
- Get some damn spray bottles for the disinfectant. How much do they really cost? You have soap dispensers acting as spray bottles and you have to stand there holding the button down to get the paper towel wet so that you can wipe off your machine meanwhile 3 other people are behind you waiting to do the same.
They have a decent amount of equipment and a fairly good variety of them as well.
All in all, it's aiight. Nothing to write home about.
