I have been a client since Sept. 2019, and I have enjoyed this space tremendously. The instructors are excellent, the space is peaceful, and there is a nice range of classes offered throughout the week and throughout the month. The owner is also kind, smart, responds to emails in a reasonable time frame, and has taken the time to put all information about this business and its offerings on her website. Their website is also kept up to date as far as classes and offerings. Prices for all offerings are in line with the market, and are very reasonable.
I want to also speak to the massage therapy offered here. I recently booked an appt with Allan for massage therapy, and it was the best session I have experienced in a long time. Alan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anatomy and muscular dysfunction, and the method he uses helped bring my neck and head back to neutral... something my posture needed very badly.
Since my session with Alan, I have experienced little to no tightness (that I am aware of), and my neck and shoulders (and back, and likely hips and legs) were loaded with tension prior to our session. Complete disclosure: I was very uncomfortable in my body prior to our session, and I felt 100% better after our session. I highly recommend Alan for anyone who is seeking greater range of motion, and/or relief in the neck, back and shoulders (and hips, legs, head, etc...).

Nice and convenient yoga and massage studio in Seminole Heights. The teachers are knowledgeable and dedicated. Recommend for any level of experience. Affordable pricing, wide verity of classes. Great massage.
I LOVE this yoga studio and I wish I found it a long time ago! A warm a supportive atmosphere and a great variety of classes. As a beginner after many years away from yoga I was intimidated! But I was so welcomed and I feel so comfortable in the classes but they are as challenging as you want too. Wonderful teachers and a lovely space, all kinds of events and new things, and massage! Jai Dee has it all.

If you are looking for a yoga studio to offer zero customer service, this is the place for you. I bought a package for $150 and due to the nature of my work I had to travel out of town for an extended period of time. The last thing I was thinking about was my yoga sessions. When I returned I contacted them. I was told that not only would not at the bare minimum extend my expiration date, a very simply tasks, but that they would not refund my money. Do not trust them. There are much better yoga studios in the area.

I moved to Seminole Heights (SH) just a year ago. Prior to moving here, I selected Jai Dee as my go-to yoga studio. The studio is a former residence with a pagoda roofline and interesting rock exterior. Inside there are two halves to the building (fire studio and garden studio) where classes are held. Several weeks after my arrival in SH, Jai Dee began a yoga teacher training program to which I immediately signed up. I am now a graduate teacher from the studio I consider my home base. There are several teachers who lead classes which are quite challenging (in a good way) and several other teachers who lead classes more focused on breath and reducing tension (yoga nidra or yin yoga). There is a warm, close-knit community of yogis at Jai Dee and it would be well worth your time to check them out!
