I visited Sattva Studio while in Tampa for a few days. I had an incredible Yin Yoga class with Kolton...she shared a meaningful message, chanted, AND played the Harmonium which was awesome, unique, and unexpected! It was truly inspirational and I wish this amazing-ness was available in my home town.
Sattva Yoga has has the hOMiest vibe of any yoga studio on Tampa! The teachers are warm, friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. I've especially benefited from the women-only Full Moon Sadhana, a heart-centered monthly workshop for intention setting. Also a great place to do a 200-hr Teacher Training or advanced study. Highly recommend!

Sattva Yoga has been my yogi home for almost 2years. They have multiple teachers who offer several different kinds of flow, which I love! All of the teachers are great no matter what class you decide to go to. The studio has a strong sense of self and truly cares about each person that walks through the door. It's been a place for me to grow in and meld my yoga and spiritual practices. It's a beautiful and cozy studio in the heart of Seminole Heights that I have so much love for. They also have a small gift shop offering special goods by local makers:)
