I have been to 2 consultations and it has been wonderful the amount of knowledge that Denise has. She also is very kind and makes you feel extremely welcome. Thanks to this sessions, I have been able to improve my well being incorporating simple habits into my daily routine.

I had the Shirodhara treatment and loved it! Cory was the therapist - she was very calm and thorough. This was a great treatment to reduce Vata type symptoms during the Vata time of year! It also included a focus on the Chakras which made it special.

Denise and her business is wonderful! I first saw her about 3 years ago for a consult and have been using her services and products regularly! I teach yoga and use her products (sprays and herbal teas) with my students also and they LOVE too :)

My husband and I had a relaxation massage whilst on holiday and can only say WOW! we were blissed out :) and a great start to our vacation.
Denise and Kevin were a joy to meet and we hope to return for a longer period of treatment in the future.

Balance and Bliss is a true sanctuary and healing space. From the moment I entered B&B I felt welcome, grounded and honored. I expereinced an amazing Shirodhara treatment that was absolutely transformative. I had never had this treatment before so I was a little nervous, but Denise's presence and the space she has created instantly put me at ease so I was able to completely let go and enjoy the treatment. I will be back!
