Great group gym in the heart of downtown. High intensity training always kicks my heart rate in extra gear. I've been training with the owner for almost 5 years and he helped me to lose close to 40 lbs and keep them off. Thanks to him I went from unable to run half a mile without stopping to completing Olympic triathlon, Gasparilla ultra challenge, savage race, Ragnar and mud warrior with countless smaller races.
