I absolutely love the Primal Strength classes at this gym! These classes have a focus on movement and mobility that is unlike anything I've tried in Tampa. Todd (coach) and Michelle (owner), are passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about the way the human body is supposed to move. These classes are excellent for everyone, from beginners looking to learn proper form, those who are injured or prone to injury, and those who are athletes looking to improve range of motion, strength, and the mind-body connection!
