With plenty of elite gyms in the area it can be difficult to decide which one to call your home. Love the coaches, family of athletes, and the facility is excellent. Although I love dropping in at other facilities around town, I'm prooud to call TAS Crossfit my home gym.
Great coaches and great people. Best programming in Tampa. They'll get you in the best shape of your life while you're having a great time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The best thing about this gym is it feels welcoming to go to. The people who workout there are very nice and friendly. The coaches are awesome. They make sure you are doing the work out correctly and encourage you through it. The workouts are tough but they can be scaled to any fitness level. It doesn't matter what level your at, the workouts will be challenging and beneficial.

TAS Crossfit is an excellent place to train and lift. The coaches there are excellent and they're constantly pushing their athletes to get stronger and better.
I have been Crossfitting for over 10 years. I have been to a few dozen CF boxes around the country, so I know what works and what doesn't. When my old CF box closed, I shopped around for a new one. This was the best in the area. After 2 years going, my original view has only improved. They have the best coaching and a great facility. Clients are kids up to folks in their 50s - anywhere from new moms and folks out of shape up to elite athletes. They have something for everyone and all levels. Classes are diverse and spread well throughout the day. Workouts are challenging no matter your fitness level. While now there are gyms closer to me, I drive right by them to go to TAS. TAS is the best gym in Tampa!
I joined TAS a little over 2 years ago and had no experience with crossfit. Matt and Brittany started me with the basics and I just completed my second crossfit competition! I've always been impressed with the support they are able to give to each and every athlete. The coaching is top notch, the people are friendly, and the energy is so positive. I would highly recommend TAS - best crossfit gym in Tampa!
TAS is really an amazing Crossfit box from the welcoming staff, coaching staff, equipment and programming. From beginners to superb athletes..this is the place to be. Truly a great example of what a Crossfit community is! Highly recommend!!!
