Okay honest opinion, I want this gym to get better, owner/coach is only worried about 1 fighter and 1 fighter only, he's riding this guys coattail so hard that he's going to get rug burn on his knees, if your trying to learn how to fight this is not the place, if you want to exercise like a boxer this is not the place, this place is 4 Fighters who been fighting for years this place is for professionals to exercise this is not a place for amateurs you will learn nothing here and when I say nothing I mean nothing, I basically just gave them 150 bucks to stay open cause I didn't learn anything

Easily the best boxing gym in Tampa. Frisco is a great guy, the people here are all very friendly and the training staff is awesome. You won't regret joining here.

If you are really looking for a traditional gym that will work with you on all levels then your search is over. Every inch of this place feels like home and it's full of warm welcoming people willing to work with all age groups and people of all walks of life. Not only that, you are guaranteed positive results with the trainers here, they are simply amazing and have skills and experience to back it up (trust me just do a google search on some of these guys and you WILL be impressed).But honestly don't just take my word for it, do yourself a favor and just stop by, and you'll experience and feel exactly what I'm talking about as soon as you walk in. This is the only boxing gym in Tampa, possibly even all of Florida that I whole heartedly stand behind 510%.

Amazing period very intense and you'll leave every day with new knowledge friendly place and the trainer is a great person if your looking for push and high powered workouts this is it! Don't wait!
A fantastic gym and the environment is pretty chill their and so are the people that go their and the owner
Cisco the owner and trainer I have never met anyone that loves to work with children and is so awesome with children I found that the gym with a Mac in at least clean everybody was working together everyone had their own space timing was perfect he was even willing to leave the gym open for guys to come in because they were getting off work early I think it's one of the most awesome gym is so family oriented
