This is a very dirty and hodgepodge gym. Definitely Needs to be cleaned up and updated, it also seems to be limited and old equipment compared to other anytime gyms in the area.

Love the one on bloomingdale lost 12 pounds in a month there going back somehow I am a silver sneakers an get to exercise 3 times a week with a class full of other people I found it at Christmas time try it yourself you may like it an it's good for you!

Trash club. Trash owner. Canceled with them on April 24th and they have no recollection of the call or cancellation. Everyone is better off going to Crunch or LA Fitness both are ran much more properly.

This gym is okay. It is relatively small, but that can be a good thing in many people's perspective. I gave it a 3/5 for two reasons. Some of the mirrors were broken and needed to be replaced. It wasn't very busy when I was there, and there was a lot of equipment lying around out of place. The staff could have put them away, but such was not the case during my visit. Everything just needed a little TLC. Not bad though!

A decently sized AF, but far better gyms in the area. It would be easier to fake your own death than leave your "month to month contract." First I was told they could just freeze my account at no cost. Later I found there was a fee. Then when I discovered this they asked for $70 and threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay it. They weren't exactly nice about it either. See plenty other reviews they state the same. There's better gyms in the area. Just go to them.

Review edit: months ago I wrote a negative review (you can read below). However I'm updating this review since they are taking the necessary steps towards improving this gym. Under new management they are improving faster than they've had in a few months than in the past two years. New additions, clean environment, and staff that's willing to help, this gym is back on track.
Been going here on and off for the past two years and unfortunately little to no progress has been made. The equipment needs to be upgraded and I'm not going to mention the cleanness of the shower rooms. It's unfortunate because this location is in a prominent part of Tampa. This gym has so much potential but for whatever reason it is getting left behind compared to more mondern gyms.

Never ever use this gym! Terrible customer service and terrible billing experience not to mention terrible equipment better off signing up for a $10 a month Gym in the area with much be equipment and service. I enlisted and moved away used the Gym once and they will not work with me at all. They are wanting me to pay a ridiculous amount for me going to the gym once! Manipulative and not willing to work with you. They obviously care more about being right, winning a billing dispute, then fixing their reputation.
They do not respect military or the fact that I enlisted. Stay away!!!! Everything about my experience was terrible from using the gym, location, and the service I recieved.

Never returned my call about canceling and continued to charge my account even though I had enlisted in the military and was no longer living in the area. I explained all this and the lady said the owner would call me back.
Just trying to get money out of me. Wish they were military friendly. They are not clearly.

Reasonable price for access to any gyms. Like that they are small and quiet. Some gyms are nicer and have newer equipment than others. Some have more of a variety of machines. Overall, I'm happy!

This gym is okay. For the price of the membership and the fact that it's 24/7 with free wifi it's not terrible. I prefer bigger gyms because small gyms like these don't have all the equipment and machines I need. I like the fact that the bathrooms have their own showers and it feels less of a "public" bathroom since it's individual. They definitely need to update and buy newer things like, for example, their balance trainers because half of them didn't work.

They don't have a lot equipment at this location but you can get a full workout in.... Depending on what muscle group you are training that day when you show up. Personally, Linebaugh Ave location and Big Bend rd location next to Papa John's pizza are my favorites. They have the best layouts for floorplans to maximize space and they have plenty of machines too separated away from the free weights. It's much more comfortable for me.

Great Gym if you need to be able to get a workout in at any time...hence the name. only complaint i have is the equipment. i feel there is way too many cardio machines as opposed to general exercise machines. get some more equipment in there guys, i would love a reverse fly machine. Other than that, its always clean and never packed..cant complain

Bare bones gym--it is open 24/7, and I have gone there Christmas morning the last 3 years--and I was not the only one there.
