Best gym to train with the whole family.
Jeferson is the reason I frequently this establishment for personal training but it is still great all the same. I was in need of a new gym when Power House downtown closed and this place quickly became a new home. Staff is always friendly. Locker rooms and facilities are always clean.
If you're looking to take your training to another level, this is the place. All the weights, turf for agility training and a track for sprints. The staff is extremely knowledgeable in physical therapy, sport rehab and personal training. This has been one of my favorite places to train over the years.
Highly reccomend them for physical therapy. Had a complete hip replacement and they helped me get back to better than new.
