Good gym, quick check in and machines are adecuate to the monthly fee. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This place is horrible. I got relocated out of state for work and this place made me jump through hoops to try and cancel my membership. I am required to send them a certified letter to cancel. Not an email or something easy and modern day. People don't have time to go to the post office anymore. Horrible customer service. I asked to speak to a manager and the person on the phone wouldn't even let me do that. Go to LA fitness opening down the street.

Staff is really nice and friendly. Facility not that much. A lots of equipment missing. No free weights legs press,No preacher bench, only one free weights squat rack, no cardio rower , no decline bench...they should make some changes for sure

I signed up for membership and personal trainer and was told that needed to call in advance if I couldn't make to the sessions. I am a Moffitt patient that wasn't feeling well, so I call to let them know. Not only the charged me for all training sessions and monthly payment but made it very difficult to cancel membership. I met with three different "mangers" they asked me to provide medical proof that I was not available to have the sessions and even with all of that, they did not give me one penny back. I was charged over $500 for one time that I was able to go. I understand that business need to make money but there was not a sense of compassion or willingness to get a fair resolution for both them and I. BE AWARE of what you sign off with these people.
Love it ,the staff are soooo nice and they trate you like family. Even is small gym is very clean and haa a good vibeee !!! Thats all ut matter to me if i feel good in there its worth it. Loveee it.
I liked Youfit health club. I'm no longer a member. I never Encountered any inappropriate Behavior bye the staff prices where reasonable. It was just time for me to change.
I've honestly never had a problem with this gym. Yes, it's small, but it's never terribly crowded when I go which is during the day on weekdays and around 7pm on weekends.
The staff is nice. They all know me and strike up conversations about stuff I do outside of the gym.
I've NEVER had a problem with anyone making me uncomfortable. Ever. I've never seen that happen either.
It's always clean and while some of the machines might be older, they all work fine aside from the occasional issue which never lasts more than a day or two.
The membership is cheap. $10 or $20 depending on which plan you have. The staff is nice. It being smaller does have an upside meaning that it's not a huge daunting space that can scare newcomers off.
