After dealing with other service companies that could not fix my gym equipment I was told about FitRev. I called FitRev and spoke to Matt with the service department. He was awesome to deal with and got my equipment fixed on the first visit. I strongly suggest using FitRev. Great company !!

Very pleased with service. Even offered tp help when I at first was looking for less expensive machine. Glad I went with FitRev equipment. The rep followed up continuously with delivery and the delivery was right on time. owners of FitRev delivered it and ran through to be sure everything was working right. I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely great company. Ed was fantastic to work with and very accessible and responsive throughout. The equipment is top notch and we are very happy with our purchase. Definitely will do business with them again.

I purchased equipment from Fitrev for our home gym, and now will be purchasing some gym flooring from them. The owner, Doug Carter, is great to work with, and will also make you laugh!

Ed provided our fitness center with several creative solutions that met all of our needs after just one meeting and facility tour. His innovative thought process and attention to detail has afforded us more space with even more equipment than we have ever had! The Precor strength and cardio equipment has been received with enthusiasm by our students.

FitRev has done a tremendous job at helping us design and maintain our in-house corporate fitness center. All equipment provided is top notch! They are also excellent at responding to occasional maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Ed was my sales rep. He went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns were handled and even came by my gym after hours to make sure everything was taken care of. Even months later he has checked in with me and stopped by on his own time to follow up and make sure I am happy with the service and products. I would highly recommend FitRev.

Tried to sell me a used Precor unit.. I signed an agreement just like they asked for but afterwards they retracted the deal because was represented wrong. The salesman made the mistake and admitted it. We spent 1-2 days working on this and I lost other deal... all because of inexperience. Then after I expressed concern, he tells us to "lose his number"... How unprofessional. Buyer beware!!
