Gracie PAC MMA is a premium location for training adults and children alike. I found the staff to be very welcoming and approachable, as well the coaches teaching methods to improve myself and the other members in various forms of martial arts. The structure of the children's program is second to none as well. I could not recommend this location any more highly if learning a martial art interests you.
Went in to learn some self defense and get in shape, and the people at Pac were so awesome that I signed the entire family up. What a fun place to train! Great people, great programs, great place!
I have been with Gracie PAC since the beginning. It is the most welcoming and friendly that it becomes your family. The staff is amazing. They always welcome me with open arms no matter what and they can with you too!

Stopped in for Bang Muay Thai on a Friday morning to get some training in while on vacation. It was an impeccable atmosphere with supportive, engaged students and trainer. Will definitely be back in the future!

My daughter has been training at Gracie Pac for a year now and from the first day we walked in there we knew this place was going to be the perfect match. Professor Cris and all the coaches are amazing with the kids. There is no other academy that could compare to this one - hands down THEE BEST in town!

Gracie PAC goes beyond being a gym - it is a FAMILY. Not just for people that have been there for years either, they treat every person that comes through that door like they are important. All the instructors are top notch and their structure is incomparable. I will continue to recommend this gym to any and everyone!

I have been a part of the Gracie pac FAMILY for a little over 2 years and all I can say is Gracie pac has by far the most organized system in the BAY! I have visited multiple jiu jitsu schools in the area and non compared! DO NOT JEOPARDIZE YOUR MMA SKILLS BY VISITING ANOTHER SCHOOL!! ;)
Great school! I recently relocated from Connecticut where my family was training in amazing martial arts schools. Honestly, I wasn't sure if I could find anything that would compare and then I found Gracie PAC. They have an amazing family atmosphere. I was so happy that I have all 3 of my boys train there and will start training soon too. Coach Cris and staff having an awesome way with kids. Each class provides students with a great experience that encompasses both physical and mental fitness. Not only do they learn martial arts but also learn discipline, respect, and so much more. I highly recommend Gracie PAC. Our family has participated in the After School Program, Various Martial Arts programs, and the Summer Camp. All programs went above my expectations!
Best Children's program I have experienced in the area. I enjoy the family atmosphere, dedication, patience, and respect that are instilled in every instructor and student. I highly recommend to anyone whom might be questioning "is this for my child" Respect and honor is earned and every class starts with both my daughter and son showing and understanding that word by bowing to their professor. This follows to the classroom and of course our home. This is something that is not commonly seen in the world today, and imperative for our family. The Adult programs to accommodate the parents as well are available at morning and night. Private Sessions too!!! What away to advance and boost your kids or families ego and focus. OSS! Keep up the Good Work!! Its nice to see a team strive and set goals. This is something our kids will stay involved in, and is essential as school.

Summer camp was amazing. It was filled with activities and adventure my boys really enjoyed the daily martial arts lessons, field trips and outdoor activities. They would not stop talking about it, and EVERYDAY they were excited to share with everyone at home all of the things that they had done.
The staff is wonderful , everyone we encounter goes out of their was to interact with them, which makes them feel valued and important.
I am very pleased with their development since they started attending. This is definitely a great place for kids to learn and grow..

My 5 year old daughter has been going to summer camp at Gracie PAC for a few weeks now and I just love them!! She went to daycare previously and I was nervous about the big change for her but she's come home SO many days now telling me how happy is she gets to go to Gracie PAC every day! The staff is also amazing..every single one of them! My daughter always tells me she loves all the coaches bc they are all so sweet to her all the time! Plus it's ALWAYS nice and clean! Best decision ever was signing my daughter up here!
