One of my clients gave me the best gift I have ever received, an introductory session with Pilates by Dena. It's been over 15 years now (yikes!) and I have enjoyed my 1-3 sessions a week tremendously, through seven instructors, in addition to Dena herself, all trained by her. Together, we have worked through bursitis, tendonitis, a sprained ankle, and numerous other physical injuries and ailments that Dena has always managed to help me set right.
