I am visiting my son who lives in Tampa. I belong to a club in Cincinnati and my expectations are high. I was very impressed with the courteous staff and the amazing cleanliness of the facilityas well as the variety of equipment. I would highly recommend this facility.
Every other day after work, that's where I'll be. Youfit on Gandy in South Tampa is my spot but I imagine other Youfit's are much the same. It's always clean, staff is very friendly and the trainers know what's up.
I love the variety of cardio machines at this location.

They need more bikes, not saying they need pelotón bikes but a few decent bikes would be great. The only bike they have is always broken.
Please add more bikes
My personal trainer is amazing. Chadwick makes sure that you learn proper form and exactly what each move focuses on. He educates while working you out. It's more of a focus for long-term not short. The location is always clean.
A little different looking than many gyms these days but don't let that fool you. There are plenty of cardio and weight training options. The staff is great, the trainers are awesome, it's well run. I drive 35 minutes from North Tampa at least twice a week for one of the trainers. That tells you how good they are and the gym is.

My first expwrience- not good .I was told i could use the Gandy club, i work in Tampa, and 9th Ave No, in St. Pete, where I live .No, .not true with my membership. Now, after forking out first and last, i have to double my membership fee

Im giving this place 4 stars yes 4 because they are nice ppl kinda pushed for me to join using a coach but i dont have to use all 4 sessions at once and i can pick when to start using a coach i do kinda need the advice though so im thankful to the General Manager Chayse for hooking me up

Good workout guaranteed with the availability of machines targeting all muscle groups. Clean fun atmosphere.
Is love this gym. There is a variety of people all ages and races and the staff is super friendly. Its never super busy. So I never have to wait for a machine.

My favorite local Silver Sneakers gym! It is clean and well equipped, and is usually not crowded when I go there. There is usually a shady spot to park and is easily accessible via Oakellar rather than Gandy.
You walk in and you feel at home with the warm welcome and friendly staff. I've never had to wait to use equipment and the facility is always clean. Love this location!
Great gym for the price. No racquetball court or pool or any extra stuff like that, but it's only $10 a month. Great value for a weight room and cardio equipment.
It's cheap. That's it's best feature. There's only one squat rack, two bench presses (and two inclines, but one has no weight racks and therefore, no weights). There are a lot of machines, and they are mostly well-maintained. There's a lot of different cardio equipment, including some new treadmills, but some of it is steadily sliding into disrepair. The staff is mostly very young. They do a pretty good job keeping things clean, and they usually keep things like paper towels stocked and trash cans empty. Overall, it's not a great gym, but it's cheap, and it's not terrible.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the trainers are terrific. I definitely recommend!

Best no frills health club in Tampa. Great prices and staff. Equipment is well maintained.
