Westchase Fitness/Shane is amazing! I'm picky about everything in my life, and I have NO complaints. I was skinny in my previous life and never worked out in my 20's, but in my early 30's, my metabolism vanished. I started working with Shane, and the pounds fell off when I followed his advice. I got so excited about the quick results that I started to slack off, but that's 100% my fault. Shane consistently checks on me to see how I'm doing, and he is super flexible with scheduling. He is always professional, and you will not be disappointed. If you're even thinking about it, just call for a free consultation. His knowledge and personality will win you over and make you realize that it's worth the investment in yourself! No one actually likes working out, but Shane makes it way more tolerable.

Shane at Westchase Fitness is fantastic! He builds workouts that meet your goals and he challenges you to push further while not pushing you over the edge. He understands how to motivate you and his training sessions are always on point. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to begin their fitness journey or is looking for guidance on how to continue it!

Shane's fitness class on Saturdays are fun and challenging. It's a great way to start my Saturday. I leave feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day! Shane is always welcoming and knowledgeable and takes the time to show you the best practice for each activity. If you need someone to help you feel good while getting stronger Shane is your man!!!!

Shane is a great trainer for people of all fitness levels! His workouts are tailored to your goals and adapts them as time progresses. He even has a Saturday bootcamp which is an added bonus to your week!

Shane is by far the best personal trainer I have ever had! He holds me accountable not only for my fitness but my overall health. I love having a fitness coach that keeps me motivated and informed!

Even though I have year of experience in the health and wellness industry, I've trained athletes and currently workout several days a week I often work with Shane to correct my technique, learn new ways to test myself and get over bumps or plateaus. He's friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and is easy to work with. I needed someone who was flexible, Shane is exactly that. I'll work with Shane for as long as I can. Thanks man!

Shane is very helpful. He demonstrates each exercise to make sure proper form is followed and then monitors you during the exercise to make sure you can repeat the demonstration. He is very interested in providing education and assistance with living a healthy life. Anyone would be happy with this fitness trainer.
