Cifu Grant is an inspirational young man that not only demonstrates the forms in Tai Chi, but gets the class involved in looking at and learning about the theoretical/philosophical underpinnings of this martial art.... more
I joined the Zoo gym because I met Master Charles who sold me on a Tae Kwon do program for my child. the gum was supposed to have childcare so I could work out also. the child care room was always dirty, I had to complain about the staff a few times.... more
