Shauna's classes are always fun yet relaxing. I love her studio and just wish it was closer, but I do make it her way as often as my schedule allows. The studio is lovely, and very peaceful. The people that I have met there are wonderful as well!

Must visit Yogi Plus Yoga! Great staff and Shauna is both professional and caring. More places should care like her.

Fabulous results! Wonderful staff always makes you feel like family, never out of place. My fitness level has gone from 3 to 6 in 6 months. Dangerous visceral fat down to 11 percent from 40. All labs now normal...from diabetic to pre- diabetic. AMAZING! !! I AM SO HAPPY!

Tried Yoga before but always felt out of place and never found an instructor that cared. Shauna at Yogi Plus Yoga makes you feel welcome the moment you enter. Its a small studio with personal attention. She guides you through the process and you never feel out of place. Definitely not your typical skinny gal Yoga Place which made me feel right at home. Highly recommend if you are just starting out with Yoga like me.

The best yoga class I have ever taken. I had knee replacement surgery and could never find a yoga class that could accommodate me. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be balanced again.
