I joined the Zoo gym because I met Master Charles who sold me on a Tae Kwon do program for my child. the gum was supposed to have childcare so I could work out also. the child care room was always dirty, I had to complain about the staff a few times.
as for the tae kwon do class Charles was often late, no showed and gave excuse after excuse. I stuck with it because he was trying to grow a business. The zoo deducted the monthly fee from my account and charged me an annual fee. 4 months into it I call to see if class is on and I hear that Charles is no longer there. I want to be reimbursed for the last month and my annual fee and the uniform fee. ofcourse the Zoo gym and Charles are ignoring my requests. I recommend going anywhere but here!!!
I love this gym! New owner has brought new classes, equipement and life to this gym.

I am excited he bought zoo gym and is making it his martial arts headquarters. Zoo is the preferred gym of the Tri-County chamber of commerce, one of the largest chambers in the country.

We are happy to take over ownership of zoo gym. We really look forward to making positive changes to the gym. Everyone that was a member and quite before you should come back and see the improvements. New healthfood cafe, new clinic of sports medicine, New classes taught by professionals, New childcare which picks children up from their schools, New crossfit area outside, new bathrooms with a sauna added. Only good things ahead.
Now that Zoo has a new owner, this place rocks. Pro-fighters teaching several arts, cafe, crossfit area, free weights....im in heaven.
I would give 'em 5 stars, but the cleaning products and music sucks
Its a great gym. I love the staff and the personal trainers. The classes are amazing, full of energy! All the coaches are very experienced and knowledgeable. The smoothie bar is open to the public and now has the all natural smoothies that are great! Recommend it 100%
Its a very friendly atmosphere, never crowded and the classes are great and fun. The manager Gary is warm, welcoming and accommodating.
Great place to work out! Not to big not too small and best of all the employees are great! And if you kids they got that covered as well!

I wish they spent more time cleaning it though and all the way in the back by the trainer section, I can't even see my reflection because the glass window is as dirty as they can get.
