Very greedy owner. Very unsafe to be at this center especially during this virus issue. Be careful who is around your kids. Very unprofessional. Had many complaint at the BBB

My 15 year old son attended after-school and summer camp for 4 years and we couldn't have been happier. My three younger children have attended summer camp for 2 years and hope to return for a few weeks this summer. Kristal even went out of her way to take a group of kids to skate practice 2 days a week so the parents didn't have to leave work early. Professor Gallop took personal time to help me with my troubled pre-teen to turn around disrespectful behavior. I consider them family and am grateful for all they do for the children.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!I enrolled my two kids in Gallop Family Center After School two weeks ago. Well, I explained that my kids had disabilities. The older of the two started showing signs that thing were not going so well the first week. I simply would just reassure my child that everything would work out just fine. On Wednesday of last week, the older of the two really acted out after school at pick up. In such a way the Principle of the school called me into the school that afternoon and told me that she refused to send my child with this company after school. For fear of my child's safety. And that I would need to find my child another way home every day.
I went into Gallop after a week to withdraw my kids and to talk to the owner. I was told that she was busy with the day school and did not have the time to speak with me. Yet she was yelling from the side room how much my fees are for withdrawing my kids. Of which she yelled out that the fee was 155.00 a week for the 90 days after I have withdrawn my kids. But in my paperwork that I signed didn't says that 80.00 a week. When I asked why what's on my paperwork and what your saying don't match. I was told that it takes 90 days to withdraw them out of the system. I worked in the school system for a number of years and it never took 90 days to withdraw anyone. The lack of understanding and compassion for people in this place is really a Huge Problem. How can a person run an operation that caters to children? Yet, lack basic human principles, Everything should not just be about MONEY!!!!!!!!!...

Everyone has their own expectations and experiences when entering any situation and ours have been nothing but positive with Gallop's.
We enrolled our step-grandson in summer karate camp while he was in our care this summer and could not be happier with the results. With the help of the Gallop's staff, we've watched a 10 y/o child gain self-confidence and self-control and transform into a much better mannered young man.
The kids at Gallop's are treated extremely well, provided nutritious lunches and snacks, participate in a variety of activities including movies, swimming, bowling, and skating, and train in karate.
Gallop's handles discipline issues promptly and fairly and notify you of any problems that they've encountered.
You cannot ask for a better program for kids.
Thank you Kristal, Gallop, and staff!!

Today, the after-school pick-up van driver tried to cut us parents off in the pick up line at our child's school, thinking she was going to get ahead of everyone. I wouldn't want her driving my children anywhere! I didn't let her in and made her get back behind me where she started.

Lies from the director. They feed kids Kool aid. My son says he never wants to back and he's only 3.

Great place for the whole family to train. Gallop and his staff have been wonderful. My family and I have been training there for four (4) months and the experience has been awesome. I see a couple of "whiner" reviews on here but Gallop's is business and in my opinion they are very fair and willing to work with you if you are a decent person and committed to the art.
