This place is amazing! Laurel and her staff know exactly what you need to get in the best shape of your life. The equipment is all so different, and they use every day items in new ways each time. I have never had the same class twice even in the year that I've been going. It's a challenge, but they only push you as far as your body will allow. They always offer up modifications, and recognize when you need a break. LOVE this place!

Back to basics co-ed gym with a friendly crowd of fellow lifters. No one feels intimidating with bro-rage. It's not your typical glamor gym with walled mirrors to peep the guns. Just good ol' fashioned heavy lifts and dropping weights (on the platform) is acceptable.
