Best gym in Tallahassee.
In town visiting family and my two boys were missing their baseball practices back home. Found the facility on the web and gave them a call. My boys and I were extremely impressed and learned a lot in just one session with Ben. Helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and get results. Definitely stopping by for training whenever we're in the area.

Great staff and equipment available. Everything done there seems with a purpose and plan for each individual.

I tried several gyms around Tallahassee and always end up back at Titus. The coaches are great and the classes are challenging. If you want a solid workout with no gimmicks, I recommend it. M, W, F is Dynamic Fitness so you'll do weights with cardiovascular mixed in. T and Th is a boot camp type class with more bodyweight type activities. I would recommend it for HIIT lovers. If you are working around injuries they will give you modified exercises. The guy at Orange Theory told me he would give modifications but didn't so I had to use what I learned at Titus to make due. Now I just stick with Titus. They also offer one on one sessions and train lots of athletes but the class is good enough for me and some of the regulars are pretty dedicated to fitness so it gives extra motivation.
Great place for personal training in a small group setting. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff will personalize your workout and adjust for any injuries that you may have. Highly recommend!

Very very good place to train
