I have been going to Rising OM sporadically for years and always enjoy it but was reminded recently how much I love Kathleens class on Sunday. Her playlists are so well put together that its an experience in itself. I highly recommend for a great uplifting yoga experience.

A wonderful place to workout. I love the aromatherapy class! It is a great mix of good vibes and a nice flow.

Diana and Yin Yoga are fantastic. If you keep going you are going to get better. She is extremely encouraging!

Very friendly and helpful! The staff truly encourages you to complete the exercises but if you aren't able to they allow you to lie down. Best hot yoga place in town!

Only have been to one session (Yin) on a Sunday evening, but it was exactly what I was hoping for and I see myself changing my rating to five stars once I feel like I know what I'm talking about just to be fair. Looking forward to exploring further and connecting mind, body, and spirit

First time dining hot yoga, the instructor Danielle was very knowledgeable, professional and i didn't feel out of place.

When the normal stresses of life become more aggressive, I retreat to Hot Yoga Tallahassee; ideally to Danielle's class. This is my counseling session; a legit form of mental therapy (for me); where everyone is flawed, everyone is welcome; and life is good.
The facility is clean, staff is welcoming, and ice cold water is free (just bring your own container; and if you forget like I often do they have some available for $1).

Such an amazing and relaxing place! Ive attended Yin Yoga, Power Flow, Mind Body, Yoga Sculpt, and Core Sculpt. They have all been amazing! The instructors are very nice and welcoming.

This place is amazing. I am BEYOND excited that they now have aerial yoga. If you've never done aerial yoga before, do yourself a favor and give it a try. It is so fun, not to mention an amazing workout! The yon class is also fantastic. Come to think of it, I have yet to take a class there that I did not enjoy. Everyone from the staff to the students is awesome. Love it!

This is a great place to do Hot Yoga for the morning 6am class (That is the only class I've participated in, so it's the only one I can do an honest review on). Excellent instructor, great group of people and an excellent workout.

Absolutely wonderful! This place is amazing from the staff to the great atmosphere, they rock!! I've been going here for a little over two years, and I have to say Hot Yoga Tallahassee has been outstanding every single class. Thanks for being so great!

I absolutely love this place!! I really wanted to find a place in tallahassee that was as good as my yoga studio back home and I'm so glad I tried this one out. All of the instructors here are so sweet and really know what they are doing which was a problem I encountered when looking at other yoga places in Tallahassee. Definitely going to be renewing my new membership here!! :)

I absolutely love this place!! I really wanted to find a place in tallahassee that was as good as my yoga studio back home and I'm so glad I tried this one out. Front end staff was not rude but far from welcoming. I have been to every studio in Tallahassee and this one was by far the least welcoming. The teacher was also checking people in along with the help of someone else so I understand she may have been in training but the air was very arrogant. Almost like they were doing me a favor by checking me in to use their facility. I will head back over to Quest where the staff is always upbeat, happy and cheerful. AND welcoming!
