Trousdell Gymnastics is full of you know what!!! My daughter attended this gymnastic center for a year and a half and they did the same exercises every single time we attended the preschool gymnastics class. In my opinion this was a waste of time especially if my child is taking the class multiple times a week then she has to do the same drills that the children who only take the class once a week do. She had been in the preschool class for over a year and a half even after her birthday had passed and she had turned four years old the gymnastic center still hadn't moved her up. The parents had to notify the teacher of the change and then as of Jan. 2014 she was moved up to the older class. Overall I didn't really see any organization at this center and I was really displeased with the time frame of the classes. Some of us parents drive way across town to Trousdell for 30 minute classes and to me it was a waste of gas. But despite the times of the classes I still enrolled my daughter for the spring session for 3 days a week and after early enrollment still didn't get the classes I signed her up for. Because she loves gymnastics so much I went ahead with the screwed up schedule, however due to a family emergency I had to cancel her enrollment. I early enrolled my child which was due by Dec. 7, 2013. and gave the center the payment at the same time of enrollment. On Dec. 12,2013 the check was cashed and I called the first week in Jan. to cancel the classes and the young lady I spoke with told me that the request would be handled and she lied. It is now March 2014 and I have yet to receive my refund. The classes started on Jan. 21, 2014 and the center had plenty of time to process the request but they chose not to for whatever reason. Again this goes back to organization. A week after the classes started I received a call on my cell phone from a young lady asking me if it was o.k. for my daughter to be moved up to an earlier time on Sat. mornings and then once again I explained to her that my daughter never started the classes and that I was suppose to receive a refund. She then apologized and told me that it will be in the mail. Typical!!! So since I did not receive my money back yet I decided to call today which is Mar. 5, 2014 and check on the status of the situation. A young man then took down my information and told me that a supervisor will contact me to give me the details on what happened. Needless to say she called back about 4:30p.m. telling that the request was missed some how and that she did process it today and that I will be receiving a check in the mail in four to six weeks. IS SHE SERIOUS?? After already waiting all this time she tells me that they will send it in additional time. I'm a single mother who works too hard for my money to be messed over and Trousdell is full of it. I will never bring my child back to this facility nor recommend anyone take their child here either!!!
