I've been a member for years. Are we going to be getting refunds for the amounts we've been charged while you all have been closed??? I just realized I'm still getting charged

I was hesitant about signing up because of some previous experiences but I'm glad I joined. The staff are awesome and helpful and the environment isn't competitive or awkward. They offer daycare services as well. Definitely recommend!

I LOVE my morning workout with Marquesas Blimes. The facility is always clean and the staff are always kind! I have never just seen them sitting on their phones. They are always doing something or cleaning something which makes me feel really good about how they feel about their jobs and the respect they have for the facility.

Overall, this is a decent facility. I just joined about two months ago and my two biggest issues are the cleanliness of the bathroom and how long it takes to repair their workout equipment. The bathrooms seem to be untouched by staff for many days in a row. I try to avoid using them when I am there, because it's gross. It seems to take weeks to months to repair and replace equipment. I would also HIGHLY recommend having stations that provide wet wipes to clean workout equipment because they only have one or two locations with spray and paper towels and it is very inconvenient to use if you are switching between multiple machines. It's very unsanitary that nobody is wiping down this equipment between uses. With how much traffic this place gets, and the amount of YouFit locations there are, I really wouldn't expect any of this to be an issue.

I like the amount of machines available to users. I go at peak hours (6p-8p) so if there is a line to use a machine or other item, it's very short. There's also a wide variety of things to use, comparatively to a boutique gym. Looks like the classes are always full and having fun! Staff is also nice. 4 stars because the bathrooms don't feel very clean.

Really great gym. Staff makes you feel at home and there are plenty of options to workout as you prefer. Love it here! :D

Have nothing but great things to say about youfit on N Monroe. Since I've joined the gym, the staff have been so helpful and professional with their assistance. Any questions or concerns I have had, they have been very helpful with acccommendating me on getting answers for those concerns. I would like to add; the facility is very clean well kept and they have enough equipment to serve all patrons.

I am happy with the facility as a whole as far as what they offer. However, there are only two water fountains and one does not work. It would be lovely if they had one of the water bottle fountains. How is this acceptable in a gym? The sanitizing stations are very inconvenient. They need to have these stations throughout the gym. I rarely see people walk all the way across the gym to get towels to clean the machines. I have heard more than one person mention this to the desk and nothing has changed. I am a new member and I am starting to wish I had not changed gyms.

The gym is sooooo nice and super clean!! All of the staff are very helpful and sweet. 10/10 would recommend

I came today to cancel my gym membership because I wasn't happy about the extra fees being charged for the child care. I am fine with paying the additional $10 a month, but I was not okay with being asked to pay another $40 maintenance fee ( $80 total including my membership).
I spoke with Nic when I arrived, he was very understanding of my situation. We were able to work some things out and I decided to stay!
I enjoy the classes here, the teachers are awesome, so I really didn't want to leave.

They are impossible to cancel! I went in almost two weeks before the next billing date, and they want to bill me for the next month, along with a cancellation fee on top of that. I'm canceling because I have no money in my account and each month they cause me to be overdrawn. When I explained the situation, the person just asked me how I want to pay for everything. I've tried emailing them and private messaging on Twitter, and they don't get back to me. I should also note that I'm on a month to month membership, not a long term contract. This is just ridiculous. I have no money, but they won't stop charging me.

The coaching is top notch. My coach Zach, has met every expectation for a coach. It is a very pleasant atmosphere to workout in. My coach has a few times had other coaches weigh in on some of my health issues, as additional resources beyond his individual experience. He has also boldly entered my unique realm of nutrition planning, no easy task. I would recommend these coaches for anyone who wants to improve their workout experience. Additionally, Zach has been very cooperative with my weird schedule issues.

Don't get into a contract with these people. I moved 9 months ago. I informed them soon after that there was no Youfit where I live and that I need to cancel my membership. They continued to charge until I decided to close my bank account in Florida 3 months later. They call at least 4 times and text me twice a week. I inform them each time that I don't live anywhere near a Youfit right now. They still tell me that I owe them some ridiculous amount. Save yourself the headache and go with Anytime Fitness or something.

We went in because we had free passes at our hotel we were staying at for a wrestling event my son absolutely loved it wish we had one closer to our house.

I was hospitalized for 5 weeks. They kept Taking160 a month for a trainer which I accepted as part of my sign up. They auto renewed the contract and continued to steal my money even though they knew I couldnt
Get to the gym in person to cancel. The trainer exchanged texts and knew my situation. Long before they ripped me off. Avoid this place at all costs!!!#

Not terrible. Typical commercial gym with plenty of wanna be bodybuilders staring at themselves in the mirror. If you are a powerlifter looking to train probably not the place for you. However it is pretty well priced.

A great gym and workout environment, as long as you understand their fees and services. I see many others here commenting on unexpected fees and problems with their personal training services. Well, when I signed up recently, the staff member was clear about both the cancellation and yearly fees, so I am not entirely sure why people feel tricked. Most gyms have these kinds of policies. In regards to the training, don't sign up for it if you don't feel comfortable with it. Otherwise, enjoy the facility that Youfit has to offer, especially for their price. The machines are clean and working properly, while the stretching area is situated at the back, away from prying eyes. There is more than enough equipment, including squat racks and benches, for every kind of exercise. I understand the complaints with other reviewers, but I did not have any experience even the littlest bit similar to theirs so far.

Super busy weekdays 5-7pm Like most gyms but otherwise it's a great place. Cool staff, nice trainers. Pretty clean. And a lot of room and variety of equipment.

Horrible place here. Bathroom dirty. Water fountain always breaking so you have to bring own water. The people who work there don't clean or do their job, think of them as walmart cashiers doing nothing at all. I SUGGEST FIND ANOTHER GYM DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Really affordable, nice equipment, friendly staff. People, including staff, do not re-rack their weights which is annoying. There are often barbells and dumbbells strewn around. Two squat racks, which seems ample for the crowd; two bench racks which are almost always occupied. Don't skip leg day y'all. Or do, so the squat rack is free :)
